Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.2 Herein before but in hard dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core. Including taking down old unserviceable cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as specified and diercted.

All as per item no 7 above but of size 16 sq mm 4 core.

All as per item no 7 above but of size 70 sq mm 3,1/2 core.

All as per item no 7 above but of size 95 sq mm 3,1/2 core.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size upto 50 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix FRLS PVC insulated cable 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core conductor all as s specified and directed by Engineer-In -Charge at site

Supply and lay in trenches / along the wall / floor / on poles / pillars / for road / Nallah crossing, pipes GI light grade of size 100 mm dia with and including all fittings and accessories complete including taking down the old unsv all as specified and and directed for cable protection

Cutting and filling with PCC (1:3:6) in bituminus road as per direction of Engr in Charge for laying of UG cable and match the existing road to the existing system.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom and provided 12 mm hole (staggered ) at 75 mm centre up to2.5 meter of length from bottom, burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm length alternate layer of chemical magnesium sulphaste ,charcoal and salt upto ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthinglead upto 7.5 mtrs by means of nut and bolt ,check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40 mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed incl dismentling existing unsserviciable earthing . Note :- Test report will be provided by the contractor after completion of earthing .

Supply & fix in replacement of LED street light of 70 watt along with fixture.Make:Surya CAT Part No SLE UL 72W IP66 (LXN) or equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro complete all as specified and directed

Repair maint of winch assembly , winding of motor , junction box, winch handle, steel wire rope and replacement of aviation light complete as per requirement all as specified and as directed by Engineer- In- Charge. Note :- Other fitment items such nut ,bolts, clamps , welding and repairs works to be included in quoted rate.

Supply & fix in replacement of LED Flood light of 200 watt LMS Neo along with fixture.Make:Surya CAT Part No SLE FL 200W IP66 LMS NEO or equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in replacement of carbon bush with holder for revolving mechanism of Make: KALIN or equivalent to Shakthi/Philips complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in replacement of Slip ring 4 pole , 32 Amp, 230 V for revolving mechanism of Make: KALIN or equivalent to Shakthi/Philips complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix of V belt set , both sides for revolving mechanism all as specified and directed

Supply & fix of Fiber cover for revolving box of MRSL-LRF40SS/G100, KALIN complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in replacement of LED Driver 200 watts , 230 V 50 Hz IP-66 under /over volt protection for revolving mechanism of Make: KALIN or equivalent to Shakthi/Philips complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix of glass pipe for revolving mechanism Watch tower light complete all as specified and directed

Repair and maint of 0.5 HP motor by replacing old winding with copper winding, greasing of bearings , painting ,replacement of shaft and worn out parts including changing of gear box oill with oil seal as per requirements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of LED Search light 200 watts, focus range 800 meters 230 V , 50 Hz PF > 0.95 , IP-66 protection for revolving mechanism of Make: KALIN or equivalent to Shakthi/Philips/Wipro complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in relplacement Solar module 260 watts , voltage 30.77 (max) , current 8.45 amps (max) , open circuit voltage 38.20 amps (max), short circuit current 8.896 amps , fuse rating 15 Amps Make : TATA Solar complete or equvivalent Renewsolar , Looms solar , JA Solar all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MC4 DC connector for 15 kw solar modules complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in relplacement of DC copper cable 4 sqmm for connecting in series of strings and modules 15 KW solar panels complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix battery dry type 12 V 75 AH complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Make - Exide / Amron / Luminous

Supply and fix water proof Solar street light battery box plastic type all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS Stand suitale for 15 KW solar module mounting all as specified and designed by Engr-In-Charge .

Supply and topping up /replacement of new transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV at 4mm gap in transformers conforming to IS - 335 / 1983 of various cap installed in various locations . Make of Transformer oil: Power Oil / Indian Oil / Apar Note : (a) New Transformer oil in the transformer will be filled in the transformer only after filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer. (b) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test cert.

Supply and installation of Hot dip galavanised iron pole 7 mtr long sheet thickness 3 mm. C/s A/F - top = 70mm, bottom =130 mm, base plate 200x200x12 mm, long weatherproof reinforced door opening with junction box mounting arrangement but including of junction box with 4 Nos aluminium Bus bar and including 1.0 M long single arm bracket made of 40NB B class pipe having top 70 mm, 20 dia threaded made to J shape M20x600mm long steel grade EN8 grade foundation bolts - 4 nos with nuts, templates and all complete as per approved drawing (with internal accessorises like connectors,one run of 1.5 sqmm three core copper multistranded conductor as per required and mcb) including taking down old rusted pole of any size by digging or cutting all as directed . Foundation RCC 1:1.5:3 shall be of size 550x550mm and depth 1500 mm with 8 nos. 12mm dia. tor bars as main bars and 8mm dia. tor bars stirrups @ 190 mm c/c as per approved drawing(Including form work). This reinforcement shall conform to IS:1786 latest edition. The foundation shall extend above sorrounding ground/driveway level for 200 mm and have slant 63 mm dia. PVC sleeve cast insitu foundation for cable entry as per the drawing. Excavation, PCC, RCC,Form work and reinforcement shall be deemed to be included in qoted rates.

Supply & fix in replacement of LED DRIVER for 72 watt street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed .Make:Bajaj or equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro.

Taking down streetlight fitting / security lights / Building any type from pole /wall and refix the same in its own position including repair and replacement of unserviciable parts and testing complete . NOTE :-(i) Spares required to be replaced will be measured and paid separatel under respective item of Sch A. (ii) Rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of minor spares not catered for in the subject CA.
