S/o 18”X1” SS Studs (32 Nos.) including suitable size USS type Washers (160 Nos.) & Finished Hex SS Nuts (160 Nos.).
S/o 12”X1” SS Studs (32 Nos.) including suitable size USS type Washers (320 Nos.) & Finished Hex SS Nuts (320 Nos.).
S/o 6”X1” Finished Hex SS Nuts (480 Nos.) & Bolts (480 Nos.) including USS type Washers (960 Nos.)
Dismantling of old rusted & damaged studs, nuts, bolts & washers of flanges of delivery sluice valves, dismantling joints by manual labour with the help of chemical, hammer, spanners & combination wrench & also with the help of gas cutter. This job includes making necessary arrangements for shuttering & scaffolding works for creating platform/ place for labour for proper working conditions & also necessary safety precautions for manpower & arrangements of tools & tackles. All the old material handed over to JE(E&M) old material store with transportation to store.
After dismantling then clearing the holes of flanges of delivery sluice valves, dismantling joints by removing rust from the places using chemical & grinder machine for creating proper places for fixing new studs, nuts, bolts & washers in the existing places. This includes surface cleaning of the bores, places for fixing new studs, nuts, bolts & washers.
Fixing of new studs, nuts, bolts & washers in the existing bores, places of flanges of delivery sluice valves, dismantling joints with proper arrangements as per site requirement. After that tightening of the same newly fixed studs, nuts, bolts & washers with the help of hammers, spanners & combination wrench & other tools & tackles as per site requirement.
Testing & Commissioning of the delivery sluice valves, dismantling joints after completion of fixing of studs, nuts, bolts & washers.
Transportation charges of studs, nuts, bolts & washers, tools & tackles & manpower at site To & Fro as required.
