SPECIAL REPAIRS TO RESURFACING OF ROAD FROM GATE NO 1 TO GATE NO 2 OF APS AND FROM AGE B/R I OFFICE TOWARD ARJUN PATH BOTH SIDED, SAW UNDER GE (N) AHILYANAGAR

M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to IS 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2 to 0.3 Kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specidied and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thicknes 75mm or less) with 4 % binder content using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade by weight of total mix laid / rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Premix bituminous macadam shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver and asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be done within 48 hrs after completion of rolling and consolidation of Bituminous macadam.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.00% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using paving bitumen of penetration VG-30, layed to required camber and gradient with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface all as specified and directed. NOTE: Premix bituminous ashalitic dense concrete shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of ABS body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions (Reflectors Yellow/Red) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.0 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking n exc100 mm width using thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillers etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be confirming to BS-6086 of most specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete as all specified and directed.

Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen,VG-10 putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m of paving bitumen, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm all as specified and directed.
