Dismanteling of Steel and Iron of any description MS plate including Epoxy coating complete and to be cut in required shapes through cutter and removing from site to MES store yard to deposit n exc 3 KM. The necessary arrangements are to be done by Contractor without any extra cost. Rates are deemed in quoted item.

Demolition of Cement concrete of any description i.e Lean concrete, Pavement concrete etc in ground floors and pavings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : During demolition of PQC the contractor will baricade the site with temporary steel post and sheeting for ensure dust free site upto laying of PQC and No extra cost should be made for that.)

Excavating over areas n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out out in hard/hense soil (including WMM & GSB etc)

Removing the demolition materials retrieved from above item No 2 & 3 beyond defence land on daily basis and depositing own arrangement of contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting with 8 to 10 tonne power roller including filling in depression which occurs during the process of rolling, rolling to required gradient and camber complete.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering.

M&L 200mm thick compected thickness in two layers (each layer of compected thickness 100mm) Granular Sub Base , over compected sub grade using ,graval crushed stone & natural sand all as per grading V, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required.

M&L 150mm thick ((each layer of compected thickness 75mm) WMM in two layers compected separately, with coarse aggregates of grading as per MORT&H 5th revision table 400-13 of Granite trap or basalt stone, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required.

Providing and laying Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) of thickness 150mm having minimum 7 days compressive strength of 7N/mm2 over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS : 383, size of aggrgate n exc 40mm (grading and other parameters as per table 600-1 of MORTH, IRC SP : 49 specification) of design mix , minimum cement content should be 150 kg/cum as per IS 456 mixed in batching plant, transported to site, including spreading and compected by using 8 to 10 tonnes roller with necessary formwork finishing etc all as specified and directed.,

Supply only 10mm thick Fine aggregate (sand) cushion over DLC for laying of polythene film.

M & L for polythene film ,black 400 micron thick laid in floors . complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L RMC in pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) (Thickness of concrete shall be 250mm of minimum field flexural strength strength 45kg/Sq cm (lower control limit- LCL) after 28 days in pavement slab using min 400 Kg of cement per cum and using non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement @ 0.25% by wt of cement /Cum of concrete with crushed stone aggrgate of grading as specified laid in panels, spread and compected , surface vibrators, vibrating screed and needle vibtator & curing , belting & finishing top concrete pavement etc compected shall be ensured as per IRC 43-2015. Flexural strength shall be estblished by beam test and job mix formula should be compatible to lab mix design as per IS 383-2386, 10262, IRC-44, 456, 516, 1192 and 8112 complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 25mm thick expension joint for full depth of PQC using diamond cutter and filled with 30mm thick pre moulded compressible filler polyethelene closed cell type board as specified, and applying closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod over filler board, priming top 12mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethene based sealent. High Density filler board HD 100 joint sealent of life 10 yrs and MAF as +/- 30% applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidential spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent all as per the directions of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming construction joint 25mm deep x 10mm wide using diamond cutter and filled with closed cell type board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 12mm dia ,joint sealent, and MAF as +/- 30% to be added for complete width of the joint. Priming top 10mm with specified primer and filling with polyutherene based sealent, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidential spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent all as per the directions of the manufacturere complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming dummy Construction joint using diamond cutter with initial saw cut with 3mm blade soon after conctere sets for one third depth of PQC. Widenining the first saw cut to 8mm wide and 22 mm deep from top priming top 10mm with approved primer, Joint sealent and MAF as +/- 30% and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prenvent accidential spillage of sealent and filling with polyutherene based sealent to closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyutherene foam back up rod of 10mm dia for complete width of the joint, and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent all as per the directions of the manufacturere complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Polyurethene flooring on concrete surface with the follows specifications. (a) The substrata concrete must be prepared by dust free pre treatment e.g vaccume cleaning. (b) Laying of 1st Coat of Primer of MASTER PRIME-52, 0.4 to 0.7mm thick, coverage 6 sqm/1 Kg of M/s CHOUKSEY or equivelant M/s CIPYPolturethene Ltd with consisting of two component solvented epoxy resin based primer suitable for priming concrete surface before laying of the primer the surface drying & loose perticles. (c) M&L Application of body coat 4.5mm thick of MASTERFLOOR - PU 1000 of M/s CHOUKSEY or equivelant M/s CIPYPolturethene Ltd . MASTERFLOOR - PU1000 consists of part A+B+C Part 'A' - Polyol M/s CHOUKSEY or equivelant M/s CIPYPolturethene Ltd . Part 'B' - isocyanate M/s CHOUKSEY or equivelant M/s CIPYPolturethene Ltd . Part 'C' - Aggregate and active fillers M/s CHOUKSEY or equivelant M/s CIPYPolturethene Ltd . The consumption of 3 parts will be 1.90 Kg per Sqm/1mm thickness layer in the ratio of A:B:C = 2.60 : 3.40 : 14.00 by wt of mixing. (d) Top coat of MASTERCOAT- PU 131, 0.60mm thick of M/s CHOUKSEY or equivelant M/s CIPYPolturethene Ltd .with glossy finish with covering capacity of 8-10 Sqm per 1 Ltr. (e) The flooring shall be provided for Ground Run Point for heavy vibrations contractor has to adhere to every instructions strictly/specifiaction all as per given above and directed. (f) The Contractor shall be responsible for any damage/ deteriotion occured during the two year after the completion of work & Contractor will make good or replace the flooring without any extra cost to Deptt.

Soil Investigation : 1. Drilling 100mm dia bore hole in soil and 75mm dia (NX Size) in rock and collection of disturbed soil samples/ rock core samples from various location for carryong our relevant laboratory test as directed by Engr-in-Charge including mobalization and demobilization of drilling rig & man power. (Total - 01 Borewell x 6 mtr Depth) (a) Mobilization & demobilization of drilling of drilling equipment & rig & manpower and shifting of entire arrangement from one bore hole to another hole location at required/ directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Drilling 100mm dia hole up to 6m depth in any type strata i.e type fo soil/soft rock/ hard rock. (c) Collecting disturbed / undisturbed soil samples/ rock cores at every 1 mtr intervals of any change of strata in 100mm bore thin walled tube including waxing sealing, packing and transporting to lab. (d) carrying out standard penetration test (SPT) including collecting sisturbed soil samples in bore holes at every 1.00 mtr depth or any change of strata and submitt the report with all requisite data. (e) Conducting necessary test as per relevant IS codes/NBC2005/SP36 on all collected samples with includes the determination of following : (i) Atterberg's limit on Soil (ii) 'K' value (iii) Natural moisture content (iv) Wet and Dry Density (v) Soil particle size distribution using sieves/ Hydrometer analsysis (vi) Tri-axial shear test C and determination (vii) Shrinkage limits (viii) Consolidation test (ix) Specific gravity test of sand/rock (x) Permeability test (xi) Chemical nalysis of Ground water samples (Min 02 samples) (xii) Free soil index (xiii) Chemical analysis of soil (xiv) Compilation of field and lab test results and submission of soil investigation report in Quadruplicate as on job. Notes: 1. work is to be executed in the technical area where restriction of time may occure as per user requirement.2. Barricading all around the site with steel props and sheets shall we provided by the contractor of desired height at site to avoid FOD.3. All the work supposed to be continued in the rainy season, some barriers as temporary brick dwarf wall or any temporary arrangement shall be made by the contractor all around the site so that ground water does not enter in the working site.4. Work shall be executed in a planned manner after handing over of site keeping in mind Covid 19 situation and work is being of emergent nature contractor has to keep his labour inside the Air Force area with his own arrangement. 5. As soon as site is handed over to contractor and demolition of concrete and sub base starts. Contractor will carry out soil testing and submitt the report at the earliest as execution of the complete work depends upon the soil beairng capacity only after getting the soil testing report the remaining work shall be continued. 6. Contractors rates are deemed to be included the above provision as in Note Ser No 1 to 5 above nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
