TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORK AT CGDHQ-10 AND 3U DETUNDER GE CAMPBELL BAY

To perform Term contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 (Part I specification) and 2020 -Part II Rates hereinafter referred to as the MES Schedule together Errata/amendments 1 to 3 for Part I and together with amendment Nos 1 to 122 for Part II (Rates) and errata Nil as applicable to the above said schedule and General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of eleven months from the date of acceptance of tender. Note: (i) Tenderer shall insert the percentage at the 4th row. The column 6 has been shown as Zero and the actual amount of contract would be Rs 17.50 lakhs (approximate). The contractors may fill the % intended to quote over SSR rates by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the SSR. (ii) The total/ cumulative amount of Work order shall not be exceed the amount given in NIT (Rs 17.50 lakhs) and not to be considered the quoted amount reflected in BOQ. The percentage quoted in BOQ shall only be considered .
