Bolts, double nuts and double washer including S&F 15 mm dia G.I. Pipe protection (1 mtr) long to be fitted with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above the ground level driven to an average depth of 3.56 mtr. (12") below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed for Soft/Morrum soil by TATA-Medium G.I. Pipe

Supplying and fixing earth bar of galvanized M.S. Flat 25 mm × 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm. from wall including providing drilloed holes (on busbar) about 3 cm. apart complete with G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required for tapping.

Placing and positioning the Centrifugal pump motor set on the pump base/pump house floor, alligning properly with necessary packing and fixing the set with holding down nuts and washer including cutting holes of requisite size in the floor / base, grouting the bolts and mending good all damages- complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Insulation testing of internl wiring of Pump House/Kiosk box including wiring of motors and other ancilary equipments by means of Megger.

Reparing of Main Switch for 63 Amps/32 Amps (Rewireable Type) by taking out and fitting fixing Fuse Grip (63 Amps/32Amps) (to be supplied departmently) on existing iron legs on wall as per direction of the Engineer-in -Charge.

Reparing of Main Switch for 63 Amps/32 Amps (Rewireable Type) by taking out and fitting fixing Action Bar with U-Clip setting (to be supplied departmently) on existing iron legs on wall with testing as per direction of the Engineer-in -Charge.

Reparing of Main Switch for 63 Amps/32 Amps (Rewireable Type) by taking out and fitting fixing End Shield Block with connecting wire (to be supplied departmently) on existing iron legs on wall as per direction of the Engineer-in -Charge.

Repairing of Manually Operated Heavy Duty Star/ Delta oil Immersed Starters by taking out and fitting fixing Overload Coil (to be supplied departmently) with testing on exgisting angle iron frame on wall as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (for 100Amps/63Amps) .

Repairing of Manually Operated Heavy Duty Star/ Delta oil Immersed Starters by taking out and fitting fixing No Volt Coil (to be supplied departmently) with testing on existing angle iron frame on wall as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (for 100Amps/63Amps) .

Repairing of Manually Operated Heavy Duty Star/ Delta oil Immersed Starters by taking out and fitting fixing Set of Contact (to be supplied departmently) with testing on existing angle iron frame on wall as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (for 100Amps/63Amps) .

Heat varnishing with best quality ( Johnson & Johnson/Dr. Beck/ giliander) class E insulating varnish of required quantity for 3 course& unifoheating at 80' C for 48 hrs. with all cost of materials , labour as per direction of E.I.C. a) Insulating varnish 1 lit for 20 HP induction motor.

Motor bering change (All type of elrctro motor.17.5/20 HP3ph. 400/415 Volt).

Motor Terminal plate change (All type of elrctro motor.17.5/20 HP. 400/420 Volt).
