Supply of 03 lamp, 04 leg, Precision Approach Path Indicator Set comprising of 04 nos. of PAPI units, totally corrosion proof material, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof IP 54 enclosure made of phosphate aluminum alloy with powder coated painting in aviation yellow, frangible coupling at top and bottom of all legs, aluminum alloy vertically adjustable legs, checking stick, checking stick base, spirit level, clinometer, PAPI foundation frames, all accessories i/c three sets of anodized aluminum reflectors, toughened front glass, Red dichroic filter, Air filter, lamp holder, three/four numbers 6.6 amp. 200w halogen lamp in each unit, heat sink etc complete as required designed for wind velocity withstanding capacity not less than 480km/h as per ICAO & FAA standard with latest amendment.

Installation testing and commissioning of new/ dismantled PAPI set of four units with all accessories i/c checking stick base, foundation work and ground calibration as per latest ICAO standard.

Dismantling of existing PAPI set comprising of 04 PAPI Units and handing over to AAI, Ranchi, Electrical store.

Supply of C.I. Transformer housing box, water tight round type metal container of outside dia. of 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick and having clear holes at the two side walls suitable to receive 50 mm dia HDPE/ G.I. pipes and 6 nos. M 10 tapped hole for receiving base plate at the top as required. The housing box shall be provided with base plate, base plate gasket and M-10 SS bolts (set of 6).

Supply of 5 KV grade 50 HZ series type 200 W, 6.6/6.6 Amp. isolating Transformers, encapsulated in polyster resin, finally with neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connections as required.

Supply of following dia size HDPE pipe of PN-6, PE-100 grade as per relevant specification and approved make of AAI.

(a) 50 mm dia HDPE pipe

Supply of Plug and Receptacle of 5 KV grade of Type - I, class 'B' Essna connector kit for following size copper conductor AFL cable etc. as required.

(a) 6 sqmm.

Supply of Two pin Secondary plug assembly for PAPI (2.5 mtr long).

Supply of following Size PVC insulated & PVC Sheathed Stranded copper conductor single core AFL cable of 5 KV grade conforming to IS 1554 Part-II with upto date amendments as required and conforming to particular specifications.

(a) 1 core x 6 sqmm GLF Cable

(b ) 1 core x 16 sqmm GLF Cable

Laying of 1 no. 1 x 6 sqmm./ 1 X 16 sqmm. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Copper conductor Airfield lighting cable of 5 KV grade in the existing RCC / HUME / STONEWARE / METAL/ HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia direct in ground including excavating the earth and laying of pipe in trench in such a way that the top of pipe shall not be less than 750 mm below the ground level and also refilling with excavated soil etc. complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6 sqmm./16 sq.mm. plug & receptacle with existing 6 sqmm./16 sq.mm. single core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed AFL copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material, applying HT tape and PVC insulation tape complete as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of C.I. transformer housing boxes after excavating the soil and by providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 150 mm thick all around the housing box except the top complete as specified and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode, including connection with G.l. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supply of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed galvanised flat steel strip armoured aluminum conductor cable of grade 1.1 KV , of following size confirming to IS: 7098/I/1988 with upto date ammendments etc. complete as required.

(i) 3½ X 35 sq. mm

(ii) 3½ X 300 sq. mm

Constructing brick masonary manhole chamber of min. inner dimension 0.5 m x 0.5 m x 0.5 m with medium class bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) R.C.C. top slab of 100 mm thick with mix 1:2:4 cement concrete (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone of aggregate 20mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1: 3: 6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone of aggregate 40mm nominal size) in side plastering 15 mm thick with cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), 01 nos of RCC slab/covers should be provided in a MS angle frame work of size (40m x 40 x 3mm) at the 04 nos. of edges on top and bottom of the slab including MS handle for the Slab. The concrete manhole chamber shall be constructed after excavation for necessary foundation including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms and filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in the sides of foundations etc. and consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Supply of Thermoplastic PC - GFS Polycarbonate weatherproof Junction Box having IP66/67/69 degree of protection with multi-level knockouts for cable glands for entry and exit of 3.5 X 35 sqmm armoured cable. The box should be provided with 02 nos. of cable glands. The pre-moulded knockouts shall be available on all the four sides of the junction box to enable cable entries from any direction. The junction box shall have an optional cable entry at the bottom/rear side of the box via pre-molded knockout to enable pole mounting option. Lid fasteners shall not have screws but shall be with quarter turn locking knobs – which is well visible (open –locked), and they will be sealable without any accessories. The junction box shall have elongated holes inside them for wall mounting provision however external brackets for wall fixing must be included and integrated inside. The box shall have a labeling system optional for circuit description. In the event of formation of condensed water, the junction box shall have a minimum of two condensation knock-outs inside to ensure optimum safe performance. Retaining straps shall be provided for the lids to prevent the lids from falling or losing. The junction box shall be provided with the following additional requirements : - (i) 35 Sq.mm Terminal Block – 6 nos. (ii) 4 Sq. mm Terminal Block – 1 no.

Dismantling of existing Perimeter/ wall light pole from the operational area i/c disconnection from the circuit and handing over to AAI store.

ITC of existing perimeter light pole in operational area by proper excavation, breaking and removing concrete, fixing the poles with proper foundation in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of adequate strength, installing junction box by providing proper clamps, i/c making necessary connections with cable, proper termination of cable as required at site and as per instruction of EIC.

ITC of existing signage in operational area by making proper foundation in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of adequate strength, making necessary connections with cable, proper termination of cable as required at site and as per instruction of EIC.

Lettering of 4 cm with approved synthetic red enamel paint on runway fittings.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including form work etc as required.
