Notarized copy of the I.T. Return for the Financial year i.e. 2022-23 , 2023-24 & 2024-25 i.e. for 31-03-2023, 31-03-2024 And 31-03-2025 of the tenderer is to be up loaded.
GST Clearance Certificate/GST 3B Certificate In the valid format of the commercial Tax Department for preceding 3 financial years and Tax cleared up to 31-03-20223 31-03-2024 And 31/03/2025 i.e. for the years 2022-23 , 2023-24 & 2024-25 of the Tenderer issued by the concerned authorities is to be uploaded.
Tender Offer Form with an undertaking to abide by the terms and conditions of the tender in the format as per Annexure-II Part-I is to be uploaded
Tender Declaration Form in the format as per Annexure-II part II is to be uploaded.
List of Items, quoted by the tenderer to be furnished separately with details of manufacturer/ make/ Brand as per Annexure-III is to be uploaded.

Annual Turnover Statement Certified by Commercial Tax Officer/ Chartered Accountant 2022-23 , 2023-24 & 2024-25Annual Turnover for last three years i.e. 2022-23 , 2023-24 & 2024-25. Not less than Rs.30,00,000/- per annual total cumulative turnover Rs.90,00,000/- for last three Years is required. If the Tenderer is an Authorized Agent/Distributor, the copy of Manufacturers Authorization & own Turn Over as per Annexure-IV is to be uploaded
