Construction of Drain from 0.00 K.m to 0.171 K.m at Dhabalagiri Main Road to Sobara Village for the year 2026-27

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of embankment (Sub Grade) with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by Vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table-300.2 as per Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications dfor Road & Bridge works(5th. Revision) complet Including cost, conveyance, Royalities, Taxes of all materials, all labours, hire and running charges of all machineries, T&P sundries etc. complete as per spcification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Granular sub-base Grading-VI material as per table 400-1,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(5th. Revision).

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1 aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 150Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days mixed with concrete mixture, trasported to site, laying and compacting with PRR, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed plain cement concrete pavement(PQC) over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 400kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread compacted and finished in a continuous operation Including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, Joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures, as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per clause 602 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision). Including drilling holes in old CC pavement for Tie Bar Joints etc complete as per Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of earth from the chocked drain and deposing it on the out side manually etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials, dressing of sides and bottoms backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth wih sand well watered and rammed including all cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work as per the directiion of the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete of M-15 grade in open foundation, wall complete as per drawing and technical specification including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
