Repair and Maintenance Works to the Columns, Walls, Beams in Sea Water Filtration Plant located in AWPH East side in Unit 5 area

Providing two legged scaffolding at different elevations using 10-13 cm dia casuarina props, distance between two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with C.W Planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete using coir and nails.

Providing wooden platform with scaffolding arrangement for attending repair in ceiling using 10 to 13cm dia Casurina posts and 40mm thick country wood planks for providing platform over the scaffolding including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing RCC Patch up work for 30mm thick in ceiling which includes: a) Chipping out the damaged RCC for an average depth of 30mm and cleaning the surface thoroughly free of all dusts and clearing the debris away from site. b) Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. c) Applying One coat of Nitobond AR mixed with cement slurry in the ratio of 1:1 over the concrete surface, including cost of all materials, labours lead lift etc., complete. d) Patch up work with RCC 1:1.5:3 for 30mm thick using 6 to 10mm jelly including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, tools, curing etc. complete.

Clean removal of cement plaster from walls and providing plastering with C.M 1:5, 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Dismantling the existing damaged Aluminium windows including removal of frames, hinges & fastenings, including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, devolution to sores, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position of new anodised aluminium windows of approved manufacture with aluminium 65 x 38 x 2.50 mm as main outer frame and inner frame with section 62 x 30 x 1.50 mm for top sides and bottom and shutter frame with section 39 x 19 x 1.50 mm for vertical plain inter lock and bottom etc including all fittings/ fixture confirming to relevant IS to ensure smooth operation and glazzed with 4 mm plain glass panels as sliding type as per instruction's of site Engineer, rubber lining with standard hardwares such as special wheel maruthi lock 'U' Rubber beading screws, join cleats etc., including cost of all material, lead lift, transporting including the dismantling existing broken glasses and damaged aluminium shutter from the window and devoluting the same to the stores etc., complete.

Removing the spalled/ distressed concrete for an average thickness of 50mm including disposal of debris with a lead of 1km and roughening the surface thoroughly with Reebaklens fosroc acid/equivalent with all lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Supplying, Cutting, bending & tying in position secondary reinforcement wherever necessary using GI weld mesh of size 75 x 50mm 10gauge to the existing concrete surface prepared as per specification including transporting, fabricating bending & tying in position as per the engineer at site including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Micro Concrete 75mm Thickness a) Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. B) Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports, which do not deform due to micro concrete including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. C) Providing micro concrete Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufacture's specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. D) Applying one coat of polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) on the finished concrete surfaces as a curing membrane including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. E) Applying DEKGUARD/ equivalent primer by spraying to the newly gunitted concrete surfaces as per manufactures specifications rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lifts etc., complete. f) Applying two coats of DEKGUARD S/ equivalent top coat to the exposed concrete surfaces by brush/roller coating continuously rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Dismantling the existing RCC for the required width & depth as per the instructions of engineer in charge and disposing the debris 1 Km. away from the site including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.
