Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing to low lying area within station where directed complete all as specified

Water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces as specified under :- (a) Cleaning of sunken portion and roughening to receive treatment. (b) M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster (1:3) using coarse sand mixed with integral water proofing compound trowel even and smooth with steel trowel on sunken surfaces (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (c) Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K(Dr Fixit) on cleared RCC surfaces @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (Minimum) as recommended by manufacturer. (d) Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical Pidifin 2K as per manufacturers recommendation. (e) Applying second coat of chemical Pidifin 2K (Dr Fixit) / equivalent @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (minimum) layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) as recommended by manufacturers. Note: The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment

M&L for broken brick bats 40 to 80mm as in filling of sunken floors etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) with WPC under floor over sunken complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and floors including making grooves complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of RCC of any description such chajja, shelves etc and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge and removing waste material to low lying area within station where directed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in Slab supported on walls, beams and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves and etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified

Use and waste of form work through finished surfaces of soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick and in beams/ columns etc. complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down GI/CPVC/any other tubing 15mm bore pipe incl removing to MES store complete all as specified and directed
