Conducting detailed physical survey using Total Station Machine in GPS system and preparing plans showing Geographical parameters with reference to GPS including 1. Authentic accessible benchmarks (to be properly marked/ developed at the site with Geo-coordinates and levels mentioned on it) 2. Geo-coordinates (Northing-Easting) and associated Grids 3. Detailed spot levels with respect to the adjoining roads. 4. Contours with at-least 0.5 mts intervals 5. Proper marking of depressions/ waterbody/ wetlands with 0.25 mts intervals contours. 6. Existing plantation with geo-coordinates (exact location of trees with their girth, spread and height) 7. All the existing structures/elements (bus stops, foot over bridges, utilities, temples, JJ clusters, Boundary walls, abandoned buildings, nurseries etc.) 8. Bundhs, kaccha trails, pathways, roads inside, connections to the site 9. Invert & top level of the water channel/ inlets and out-lets 10. Culvert top and bottom levels 11.Stone pitching (Slope/flats) in the entire area to be clearly shown and calculations of total area scheme and supplying above information complete in five sets of soft copy in Auto cad software in pendrives along with five sets of coloured drawings (Hard copy) on desired scale. The map can easily be read by the Geographical Information System software complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Geo-refrencing & Superimposing of Khasra map on topographical base map/ TSS maps by ensuring compatibility of data formats and coordinate systems between the topographical maps and the Khasra Number database by import both datasets into the GIS platform, aligning them spatially to match corresponding features and exporting the data as per the requirement of planning dept/hort. department/LM department all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: 2 set of soft copy data in pen drive/hard disk along with 3 set of final layout maps as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Conducting drone videography of a land parcel and mark various details in the video for study purposes, start with pre-flight presentations including a thorough site survey, weather check, and drone inspection. Planning the flight path considering safety regulations and optimal coverage, then during flight, conducting multiple passes, capturing different perspectives, and focus on key areas including identified during pre-flight survey. Adding digital markers or annotations for significant features like terrain variation, vegetation types, landmark, and more. All complete as per direction of engineer in charge. Note: Agency shall supply soft copy in 2 no. of pen drives and 3 no. CD’s at least. All complete as per direction of engineer in charge. Further submitting orthomosaic image showing/describing various significant features like road, pathway, depression, institution structures, entrance, exit, type of land, periphery of land parcels, and providing required softwares for orthomosaic image. Note: two set of soft copy data in pen drive/hard disk along with three set of final layout orthomosaic image with features as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
