Red colored LEDs of high intensity (visible clearly at day time) of reputed make with digit size 150mm x 300mm approx. and quantity of LEDs be approx. 800 no.s including interconnection with traffic signal controller and housing the LED assembly in sheet metal box of size approx. 750mm x 550mm with detachable pole arms clamps etc. as required.

Coloured LEDs of ultra bright. Super intensity (visible clearly at day time up to distance 300-600 meter, viewing angle of 30 degree). The unit shall be suitable for working on A.C. supply (160-240 V) and life cycle approx. 10 yrs with power consumption below 24 watts, suitable for fast switching. Red/Amber Round (unit of 200-220 Nos LEDs)

P&FM.S. Cantilever swaged pole suitable for mounting signal head assembly of overall height 9.0 Mtr. (1.5 meter. Below ground level) with M.S. based plate of size 400mm x 400mm x 7mm including excavation of pit and grouting with P.C.C. of Ratio 1:3:6 from the bottom of the pole and up to 50cm above the ground level of 40 cm dia. Including painting with rubber coat below ground level and red oxide on exposed surface and finishing with two coats of traffic yellow enamel paint complete in all respect as required. The pole shall confirm following specifications as per IS:(1239 P-I) Top, middle, bottom length 1.80 Mtr, 3.60 Mtr., 6.0 Mtr.
