REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT JUNCTION BOXES, LT UNDERGROUND CABLE AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STN NAJAFGARH UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, erection of poles,struts, stays etc and getting out all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles,stays,struts hane been erected and tested complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and Spread Natural Riddled soil in trenches for cushioning and covering to cable complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.Note: (i) Natural soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refilling in trenches before laying of cable 8 cm and 15cm after laying of cable. This is then gently punned down to a depth of 10cm above the top of upper-most cable. (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

M&L for laying in trenches precast concrete cable covers Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified.

Dismantling U/S any size of cross arms from pole /structures and fencing post,struts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for boring hole under road/pavement/hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique & necessary machine for inserting DWC HDPE of pipe 150 mm size dia. DWC HDPE to be included in the quoted rate complete all as speciofied and directed.

Supply & laying of UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 400 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/walls/poles or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts etc including taking out of exisitng unserviceable cable of any size and description including removing/takingout damaged XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/CCI/Gloster/Polycab Note: Excavtion and earthwork will be measured and paid separtley

All as per item No. 9 above but of cross sectional area 240 Sqmm, 3.5 core.
