Premonsoon servicing and greasing & Oiling of different size gates at different locations as per annexure.

Oiling greasing of headstock assembly (for screw hoist system) of regulator gates of canal/river by cleaning, checking, greasing, screw rod, G.M nut, Thrust b e a r i n g , guide channel, etc including all charges of man & materials which include refilling of gear oil, oiling, greasing and fixing of missing nut & bolts & oil seals etc to complete the job as per direction of EIC.

Post monsoon servicing and greasing & Oiling of different size gates at different locations as per annexure. Prior to boro irrigation.as per instructon of EIC

Servicing of headstock assembly i.e. opening the hand wheel from screw rod, including opening the thrust bearing from top and bottom thrust plate of bearing housing, nut, coller etc and cleaning all the components with the help of Kerosine and emery paper and re-fitting the same including changing necessary nuts & bolt after greasing the thrust bearing if Ok otherwise replaced by new one (excluding the cost of bearing, supplied separately) and fileing work if required for fixing to the pedestal upto the satisfaction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed, kerosene, grease, consumables like emery paper, cloths, blots & nuts, hire charges of tools & tackles etc.

Providing Mechanical manpower for emergency and break down mechanical maintenance and servicing of different size gate at different location as and when require as per instruction of E.I.C

Lifting draw shutters for feeding or drainage operation,as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Lowering draw shutters after feeding or drainage operation,as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Lifting flap shutter on channel for feeding including tying with suitable galvanized wire to iron bracket to guard against falling down, as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. With galvanized wire rope

Lowering flap shutter from channel after feeding operation, as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing Gun Metal Nut as per requirement having 1.5/2 T.P.I square thread for screw gearing arrangement, perfectly metting with the screw rod/gear rod for lifting the draw shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed, consumables like cutting tools, emery paper, cloths, , hire charges of machineries, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading.

Supplying, fitting & fixing M.S fabricated wheel in the screw hoisting system for lifting or lowering the draw shutter.The wheel consisting of suitable size ms hub to accomodate any size of G.M/C.I nut. The rim and four nos arm of wheel are made of 25mm. to 36mm. dia m.s rod complete as per direction of the Engineer‐in‐charge. The cost includes cost of materials,man power employed for dismantling and fitting fixing, consumables like cutting tools,welding rod, hire charges of machineries, like bending machine, lathe machine, grindingmachine welding set, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading

Up to 60cm dia M.S wheel-

Supplying, fitting & fixing of screw hoisting arrangement made of MS bottom plate, top plate, collar with necessary holes on base plate and top plate to accommodate thrust bearing of suitable size as per approved drawing & design and as per direction of Engineer in charge. The cost includes cost of ms plate as per IS : 2062 -2011/ latest revision, man power employed for dismantling and fitting fixing, consumables like cutting tools, bolt & nuts of required size, hire charges of machineries, like lathe/shaping machine, grinding machine, drilling machine, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading but excluding the cost of lifting Nut/Bush, thrust bearing & wheel supplied separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of following items for hoisting system and gear box as mentioned below as per direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries, Manpower, Cutting, Machining, Aligning, Anchoring, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting)

Engagement of Mechanical working personal for Hydromechanical sluice gate Maintenance (seasonal & emergency) and manual operation of Flap shutter as and when require of 4 vented (Four) Sarenga Sluice gate (over Borojola khal) under EE-I/ Lower Damodar Construction Division comprising premonsoon oiling ,greasing , checking all mechanical parts like gear, winch, roap drum all nuts & bolts, change & adjust all system upto satisfactory performance, materials supplied by the department.

Engagement of 01 (One) no Mechanic, 1 Man X 15 days = 15 mandays for premonsoon servicing + additional 15 mandays for emergency break down servicing as require as per instruction of EIC. [Total = 15 + 15 Mandays = 30 Mandays] (Rates are inclusive of Basic rate, 2% O.H and 10% C.P) (Contractor should arrange his own tools and tackles for the job.

Operation and cleaning of Flap shutter as required throughout the year (drainage & irrigation period) with in AMC as per requirement 2 nos x 70 days = 140 Mandays

Hydraulic truck crane 12 T (Hourly Basis) including hire charges of Machine, Hourly fuel and Machine crew/operators charges. This item only applicable for emergency restoration of wornout Flapshutter gate.

Cost for repairing of vertical/flap gate shutter of canal/river including dismantling the damaged portion at lower part (skin plate, horizental/ vertical girder/stifner etc as per IS : 2062 - 2011 /latest revision) not more than 25% of gate hight from bottom by gas cutting and fitting, fixing and fabricated by welding as per direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, ligning, nchoring, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting) Width of Gate shuteer size above 2 metre

Design, drawing, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of structural steel hoist bridge, Rail support Girder(for Gantry crane) & cat walk/walkway bridge on dam/barrages and canal/rivers consisting of foundation bolt assembly, base plate, columns, beams, bracings, stiffeners, ties, chequered plate covering, hand railing, staircase etc., with all accessories including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, welding, finishing, etc.,complete as per specifications and drawings with all leads and lifts (without painting ).
