Sorting, Counting, Shifting and loading of galvanising S/S Structure (ALP, APR, TMR, YMR, CPR) on suitable vehicle (Provided by contractor) at EFU, Naini, Prayagraj.

Safe carriage of above S/S Structure from EFU, Naini, Prayagraj to 132 KV S/S Soraon Prayagraj (Approx 45 Km.) Vehicle will be provided by Contractor.

Unloading of Galv. S/S Structure from Contractor's vehicle and proper staking at the store of 132 KV S/S Soraon as per instruction of SDO/JE.

Safe Carriage of MS Flat 75x10 MM (180 RMT) and 50x60MM (350 RMT) on the contractor private vehicle at 220 KV S/S Sirathu, Kaushambi. The job includes shifting of above flats from inddor store to loading paint then loading on contractor private vehicle with the help of manpower etc. and proper binding with the help of rope and safe carriage of above flat from 220 KV Sirathu to 132 KV S/S Soraon Distance 68 Km (approx). After carriage safe unloading from contractor vehicle and shifting to substation sotre. The men, vehicle and T&P will be arranged by contractor on his cost.

Earthing of 145 KV CT, PT, CB and LA by 75x10 MM size M.S. Flat (as per new Earthing Guideling) including below cutting, straighthening, bending and laying of M.S Flat 700 mm inside the ground, welding with Earth mat bar (X grid and Y Grid) indluding required excavation of earth. Painting of points & M.S. Flat with non corrosive bush green paint after one coat of primer. The job also includes back filling proper ramming alongwith all other associated work.

Earthing of 132 KV isolator, Main & auxillary structure by 50x6 MM size M.S. Flat including below cutting, straighthening, bending and laying of M.S Flat 700 mm inside the ground, welding with Earth mat bar (X grid and Y Grid) indluding required excavation of earth. Painting of points & M.S. Flat with non corrosive bush green paint after one coat of primer. The job also includes back filling proper ramming alongwith all other associated work.

Erection of S/S Structure at 132 KV S/S Soraon. The job includes shifting of all materials from store to site then erection of S/S Structure as per drawing using proper size of nuts bolt & washers which will be provided by UPPTCL.

The opening of old jumper of 33 KV feeder by opening clamps and shifting of above balance/damaged material from site to substation store.

Dismantling of 36 KV CT of 33 KV Soraon, Mauaima I & II feeder by the way of opening its all terminal connection earthing strip and shifting to new ALP Structure at 132 KV S/S Soraon, Prayagraj.

Dismantling of Old Galvanised S/S Structure plateform of 36 KV CT of 33 KV Feeder.

The installation of 09 Nos. 36 KV CT (Dismantled CT) on new AIP Structure. The mounting of 36 KV CT with the help of darric pole on ALP structure and fixing with nut and bolt and proper tighting, earthing of CT with M.S. Flat size 50x6mm (M.S. flat will will provided by contractor) and painting of earthing strip by Bush green paint to two coat after priming and cable connection of CT to Relay and metering Panel with suitable cable gland, lugs etc.

Making of new jumper as per site requirment by the way of cutting bending & shapping of panther conductor along with shifting the material from store to site including tighting of both side of CB to CT & CT to line isolator jumper and tightening of all jumpers with the equipment with bolted type clamp as per site requirment at 132 KV S/S Soraon, Prayagraj.
