Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with cost of all labour,labour cess, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 300cm x 200cm Ceramic wall tiles of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm confirming to IS 13753 in dadoes, skirting and risers of steps laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 course sand) jointed with slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame, etc. including all cost of labour, materials, fitting & fixture, loading, unloading, conveyance, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS:14856, including fixing to frames, etc. including all cost of labour, materials, fitting & fixture, loading, unloading, conveyance, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures in all respect including cost of materials, conveyance, loading & unloading and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries, T & P etc. required for all the work complete as per the directions of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing average 25mm thick grading Concrete with (1:2:2) using 6mm hard granite chips using 2% water proofing cement compound of approved quality over top of Roof, Terrace, including cost of scaffolding, scraping and cleaning the roof surface, plastering and finishing smooth to proper slope and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes and sundries, T&P etc. All complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Waterproofing application:- Providing and application of two component polymer modified flexible cementitious waterproofing coating at a thickness of 1.5 -2.5 mm The membrane should have Elongation equal or more than: 30% Crack Bridging ability : Up to 1 mm Adhesive strength: 1.0 N/mm² @ 28d Tensile elongation: 60% @ 20°C Shore A Hardness >85 (between 3 - 7 days) etc. as per direction of E.I.C (For longer span, in terrace panel of 4m*4m should be done by groove cutting, and filling with PU Sealant) (Make-Myk, Fosroc, Sika)

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all type of soil including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within 50m initial lead & 1.5m initial lifts with sundries & T&P required for the work complete including cost of all labour,labour cess,T&P,sundries etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth, with excavated earth including laying the earth in layers not exceeding 23.5 cm thick ramming & watering with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour,T&P completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of filling sand in foundation and plinth including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing, labours, tools, taxes etc., all complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion (to be supplied free of cost at site of work) for PRE CONSTRUCTIONAL Anti-termite treatment and creating a continuous chemical barrier under and all-round the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top perimeter of building, expansion joints, over the top surface of consolidated earth on which apron is to be laid, surroundings of pipes and conduits etc. complete as per specifications (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured for payment).

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 stone agregate 40mm nominal size) as levelling course in floor and plinth including tempering, curring, shuttering etc. complete all depth and height including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm size hard granite C.B. metal approved quality from approved quarry including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour. etc complete.(A.R.-2006, Page No - 43, Item No. - 3)

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 stone aggregate 12mm nominal size) as levelling course in foundation and plinth etc. including tempering, curring, shuttering etc.complete all depth and height including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

First class Fly ash Brick masonry using bricks of size 23 cm. x 11 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix( 1:6) with ordinary Portland slag cement(PSC) and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly Ash. brick masonry of size 23 cm. x 11 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

RCC work M-25 grade (in Footings) as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 25 N. / Square mm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned (20 mm. size chips not to exceed 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved grade cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centring and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position as per direction of the Engineer in charge
