Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Haulage of material/earth by mechanical transport inculding the cost of loading, unloading and stacking with lead of 5.0 Km complete in all respect as per satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of factory manufactured precast cement concrete kerb of size 600mm x 225mm having 100mm thickness and 50mmx50mm half round at top duly vibrated mechanically and compacted made of P.C.C 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. The rate further includes excavation and fixing of kerb in gorund and top edge of the kerb to be kept with level of the adjacent road level and filling of joints between kerbs / channels with cement mortar 1:2 complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of factory manufactured precast concrete kerb of size 300mm x 300mm having 150mm thickness with one edge semi rounded duly vibrated mechanically and compacted made of P.C.C 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. The rate further include filling of joints between kerbs / channels with cement mortar 1:2 complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade after loosening of the ground upto a level of 100 mm below the sub-grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for sub-grade construction complete in all respect in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting granular sub base material 100 mm thick compacted of natural sand, morrum, gravel crushed stone or combination thereof as per MORT&H specification confirming to clause 401 coarse graded grading – I as per table 400.2 of MORT&H specification, including spreading on the prepared sub grade with the help of tractor with planner of adequate capacity maintaining the requited slope and grade during operation, rolling with road roller 8-10 tone with the grade and cross fall (camber) to be checked and any high spot or depressing which becomes apparent, corrected by removing or adding fresh material, including cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barrier, lighting arrangement at night, chowkidar and maintenance of diversion etc. complete in all respect as per MORT&H specifications, density of GSB as laid 2 gms/cc complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of 100 mm thick compacted Wet Mix Macadam to confirming to clause 406 of MORT&H (Ministry of road transport and highway)specification (4th edition) having as laid, density of 2.2gm/c.c (Two point Two gram per cubic centimeter) by providing laying, spreading and compacting clean, crushed aggregate and granular material conforming to Table 400.10 (Physical characteristics) Table 400.11 (grading) of MORT&H (Ministry of road transport and highway)specifications (4th edition). The material shall be premixed with water at OMC in Mixing Plant/Pan type mixer/Pug Mill and mixed material carried to site by tippers and spread uniformly and evenly on the prepared sub base/base by paver finisher of adequate capacity and all high and low spots remedied by removing or adding aggregate, as required and rolled with 8-10 (Eight to ten tones) tones roller to achieved/desired density. It shall included the cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barriers, safety temporary warning lamps at night, chowkidar, maintenance of diversion etc. Complete in all respects as per MORT&H (Ministry of road transport and highway) specification and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting, packed) on prepared surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying bitumen at the rate of minimum 6 Kg/10sqm with bitumen pressure sprayer complete in all respects as per clause 502 of MORT&H specification (4th edition) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 @ 3.00 kg/10 sqm using sprayer pump on prepared surface heating bitumen in boiler and spraying bitumen with spray set fitted on bitumen boiler including cleaning of road surface with complete in all respect as per MORT&H specification and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm thick bituminous concrete as per clause 509 of MORT&H specification with mechanical paver after mixing aggregate and bitumen as per design mix in Hot mix plant using minimum 5.4% bitumen of grade VG- 30 and using both coarse and fine aggregate filler stone dust @2% by weight of aggregate confirming to relevant specification laid in MORT&H specification clause 509.2.2 and 509.2.3 with grading confirming to table 500.18 gradation –II of MORT&H specification and density of bituminous concrete as laid 2.35 gm/cc complete in all respect as per MORT&H specification and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 2.5mm (minimum) thick thermoplastic road marking paint for edge line, central line, stop line, segregation line, zebra crossing etc. The thermoplastic material should be homogeneously composed of pigment, hot resin and glass reflectorising beads @0.250 Kg/Sqm. The gradation of glass beads must be as per table 800.4 and properties of material should be as per table 800.3 of MORT&H specification (5th revision). The work should be complete as per MORT&H specification clause 803.4 complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. N.S.

Providing and applying 5mm (minimum) thick thermoplastic road marking paint for edge line, central line, stop line, segregation line, zebra crossing etc. The thermoplastic material should be homogeneously composed of pigment, hot resin and glass reflectorising beads @0.250 Kg/Sqm. The gradation of glass beads must be as per table 800.4 and properties of material should be as per table 800.3 of MORT&H specification (5th revision). The work should be complete as per MORT&H specification clause 803.4 complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. N.S.

The gradation of glass beads must be as per table 800.4 and properties of material should be as per table 800.3 of MORT&H specification (5th revision). The work should be complete as per MORT&H specification clause 803.4 complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. N.S.

Providing and fixing of Raised pavement markers (Cat eyes) of make 3m series/ Avery Denninson 80/C-80 conforming to ASTM D4280 type H with micro prismatic lens on both sides with 13 sq cum retro-reflective surface area in each lens, having two no. 3cm shanks and fixing the same with suitable epoxy after cutting the road surface for embedding shanks complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Manufacturing ,supplying and fixing retro reflective regulatory sign board consisting of 600 mm Dia circular sign boards and definition plate of Size 600x230mm made up of 3mm thick ACP sheet,rivted with 25x25x3mm MS angle iron frame, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in required color combination including subject matter, message ,symbols and borders etc. screen printing with transparent ink as per IRC ; 67:latest edition, on main and definition plate and fixing the same on 3660mm high vertical post of M.S. angles of size 50x50x5 mm welded with hold fast of same size 225mm long at the bottom end to be embedded in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 225x225x300mm after making pit in ground. The rate further includes painting white and black color alternate bands of 300mm long over one coat of priming coat to vertical post and steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat, complete in all respects and to be entire specification of Engineer-in -charge. Long MS angle iron post with hold fast with 225mm long of M.S. angle 50x50x5mm to be embedded in the ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 225x225x300mm . the rates also includes digging of pit and the frame and vertical post shall be painted with synthetic enameled paint process complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
