M&L for preparation of old plastered of surfaces of walls including washing rubbing down and stopping of old distempered and painted wall surfaces including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of washable acrylic distemper (premium quality) on old surfaces including filling and making surface smooth and making good chipped off surfaces as required complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement)

M&L for washing rubbing down and stopping of old cement base painted wall surfaces including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls by washing down and smoothing old surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (premium quality) over one coat of alkali resistant primer paint over a layer of smooth wall putty finish punning 2 mm thick strictly as per manufacturer instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed by GE. (Note:- After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement)

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Apex ultima) over one coat of alkali resisitant primer paint over a layer of smooth wall putty finish punning 2 mm thick strictly as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by GE. (Note:- After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement)

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden and wood based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of roof sheet of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surface, as in ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (premium quality) over one coat of alkali resistant primer paint as per manufacturer instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed by GE. S&F for Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (ISI marked multilayer) with float valve, plastic lid cover, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 ltrs including dismantling old unserviceable tank and making connections inlcuding suitable GI wash out, over flow, nipple and including 20mm bore ball valve (minimum weigth of valve 210 gms) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (ISI marked multilayer) with float valve, plastic lid cover, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 1000 ltrs including dismantling old unserviceable tank and making connections inlcuding suitable GI wash out, over flow, nipple and including 20mm bore ball valve (minimum weigth of valve 210 gms) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing PVC tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltr but not exc 500 Ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, dewatering, cleaning with wire/brush/jude/ cloths, removing all dirt and scale and algae formation inside the tank by using Calcium hypo chlorite granular / bleaching powder etc. with the help of cleaing mechine/ manually etc. including writing with white paint over the tank as "TANK CLEANED ON" with date, month and year with a minimum of 8 cm height in capital letters/ numbers and hoisting if required, reconnecting & refixing in position complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. (Note:- Cost of labours and all material requried for cleaning the tank are inclusive in this item.)

All as per srl item No 17 above but capacity exc 500 ltr & n exc 1000 Ltr complete all specified and directed.
