SH-I : SITC Of Baggage Handling System

ENDLESS SLAT CONVEYOR (ARRIVAL) Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of heavy duty Endless Slat Type Flat Arrival Baggage Conveyor System (Approx. length of carousal 35 Mtr. ) having nominal useful width of 950mm, having rubber slats black in colour with smooth top of PVC / PU / Rubber, antistatic, flame retardant, height 450mm from finished floor level and speed of 24- 30 mtrs / min. The carousel shall have die-cast aluminimum chain block friction type suitable capacity drive unit complete with overlapping slats, finished chain track unit, frame work, tension adjustment device, stainless steel side covering( inner & outer) in the passenger area as well as in the non passenger area, toe-kick plate at inner & outer sides, infill, rubber slat of suitable dimensions with MS slat support having live loading capacity of 35 kgs per linear meter and all other accessories including cutting and drilling of holes, equipment grouting, earthing, necessary wiring, cabling, connection / interconnection etc. as required for successful commissioning of baggage conveyor system complete as required and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( with friction drive as per Technical Specification).

DEPARTURE CONVEYOR SYSTEM Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of heavy duty Slider Bed Departure Conveyor ( approx. 14 mtr. long Collector Conveyer + 3.20 mtr. long Tranport Conveyor + 1.8 Mtr long Take Away Conveyor) measured across the center line having frame width of 1050mm (useful width not less than 1000 mm) and 400 mm height from finished floor level for easy handling of passenger baggage having live loading capacity of 35 kgs per linear meter at speed of 21 to 25 mtr/min. complete with PVC belt on bed construction as specified i/c drive unit & end pulleys, take up pulley / side panels with 1.6mm thick of stainless steel in passenger area and 2.0 mm thick MS for non-passenger area & all other accessories for successful commissioning of the conveyor complete as required and as per technical specifications & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

WEIGHING & DESPATCH CONVEYOR Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of heavy duty Weighing & Despatch Conveyor in two sections measuring 1.2 mtrs long Weighing Conveyor + 1.2 Mtrs long Despatch Conveyor having frame width of 800mm (useful width not less than 650 mm) having live loading capacity of 35 kgs per linear meter complete with PVC belt on bed construction as specified i/c drive unit & end pulleys, take up pulley , side panels with 1.6mm thick of stainless steel & all other accessories for successful commissioning of the conveyor complete as required as per technical specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

GRAVITY ROLLER CONVEYOR Design, supply, installation, testing and commisioning of Gravity Roller Conveyor of 2mtr. in length measured along the centre line complete in all respects i/c frame section, rollers, supports complete as required as per technical specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

DRAUGHT CURTAIN Supply & Installation of Draught Curtain for the opening of conveyer belt of sutiable size fabricated with 3mm thick Nylon Rubber flaps, to be fixed by SS flat strip as per size of shutter opening etc. the opening size shall be as per dimensions /drawings approved by Engineer-in-charge complete as required (For Arrival and Departure Conveyors)

ROLLING SHUTTER SITC of electricaly operated Rolling Shutter with arrangement for auto and manual operation to suit to the opening in wall fabricated from GI Sheet provided with suitable rated tubular geared single phase motor directly coupled to the shaft of the shutter, limit switch, sensor interlock with conveyor starter, complete with guide channels, wiring, earthing, painting etc. as required for the successful operation of the shutter for approx. wall opening size of 1.5mtr (L) x 1.35mtr (W) (For Arrival and Departure Conveyors)

Dismantling and Shifting of existing Departure Conveyor System (01 No.) and Arrival Conveyor System (02 No.) including its Control Panel, Rolling Shutters etc. to nearest AAI's store.

SH-II : AICMC of Baggage Handling System All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of Departure and Arrival Conveyor System by providing Quarterly Inspection, Repair, Maintenance, Tracking, Alignment, Replacement of unserviceable components, Greasing, Oiling, Toppling up of gear oil in gear reducer, Rolling Shutter, Cleaning and all other accssociated comprehensive maintenance job as per maintennace schedule and recomendation of OEM on complete Baggage Handling System as provided under SH-I to keep the system under serviceable condition all the time including attending any numbers of breakdown faults as and when required.
