Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial llift of 2m in Sand , silt or other loose soil,wet sand or silt not under water,light black cotton soil,sandy loam and ordinar soil incluing excavated earth (SS20 B) complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Extra for every additional 1 m lift or part thereof over the initial lift of 2m (1 Lift) etc,complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 m deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching, formation of bund, breaking clods, sectioning charges etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for filling on the existing bund top.(5Km lead at local)

Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design Mix) using 40mm HBGS jelly (well graded) confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts,compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for vertical/sloped surface as detailed below with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets 10 gauge thick of size 90cm x 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size (25x25x3)mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75 cm c/c and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is inluding the cost and converyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Reinforced Cement Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture ( plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about ( 5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670kg of M.sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirement of IS standards.( No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying and fabrication of steel required for all RCC works involved in the schedule including cost of steel , cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills including over lapping to the required length wherever necessary and placing reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including cost of binding wire provision for space bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Random Rubble Masonry in Cement Morter 1:4 (One part of Cement and four part of M.sand) using Old Rough stone& New bond stones and including simultaneous pointing the exposed surfaces with same mortar and all incidental charges such as bailing out water curing finishing complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. (Using Old stones at site of works)

Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement and four Msand) using new hard granite rough stones and bond stones including simultaneous pointing the exposed surfaces with same mortar and all incidental charges such as bailing out of water, curing, finishing complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (Using New Stone)

Flush pointing over the existing Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P sand ) as per standard specification including racking out the joints to full depth of slab/stone masonry , clearing the joints with wire brush and water etc..,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental offficers.

Pointing the old PCC slab of size 0.60 x 0.45 x 0.05 m with CM 1:2 (one cement and two P sand) as per standard specification including racking out of joints to full depth of slab clearing the joints with wire brush and water, using water proof compound at 2% wt of cement etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Removing and refixing of slipped PCC slabs of size 60cmx45cmx5cm by stacking them carefully at the site of work as directed with all leads and lifts, trimming side slopes and berm of the canal in all soils except rock including levelling to proper slopes and gradients watering consolidating and making the surface suitable to receive the cement mortar bedding of 6 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M sand) and 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M sand) directly on the subgrade duly dressed and compacted allowing 24 hours for water curing of this bed layer and then laying PCC slabs with 6mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M sand) and fixing the PCC in position inside slope of the canal with templates and pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M sand) with water proofing compound by 2% weight of cement used to full thickness of slab with same mortar curing etc., complete including labour charges for forming joints in lining, fixing of the no fine cement concrete panels,clearing,sealing the joints with bituminous pad and sealing compound after applying necessary primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Preparation of sub grade (as per technical specification) duly moistered and duly removing the surface irregularities including dewatering and laying plain cement concrete lining 75mm thick of M15 grade (design mix) concrete on canal bed and sides using hard coarse aggregate with nominal maximum size of 20mm and down graded to IS specified grading to have well graded aggregate along with Air Entraining Agent (200ml per bag of cement) and mixing these in mixer machine (concrete mix to yield 28days characteristic compressive strength of 15N/mm2) placement of concrete over the subgrade on canal bed and sides manually including consolidation of concrete, smooth finishing of concrete surface, providing transverse contraction joint grooves as per technical specifications and water curing of the lining etc.The subgrade shall be well prepared, dressed and rolled to true level and specified section to form a firm compacted base for the lining complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (For Canal Lining works)

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position of screw gearing shutters of size 0.30mx0.45mx2.00m height of stem made out 40x40x6mm "L" angle outer frame, horizontal stiffners 2 nos of same angel, shutters coverd by 8mm thickness HR shetts welded at the centre of the shutter frame, groove angle and sill beam made out of 50x50x6,mm "L" angle to the required height including hold fast tie angle and sill beam plate, etc complete 40mm Dia polished shaft to the required height and threaded to the required height. Top channel 1 No made out of 150x75mm MS channel to the lenght of 1.20m including fish plate bed bolt shutter operating spanners and locking cup arrangements, etc including cost of materials labour charges, conveyance and cost of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of AC black paint etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Inclined drilling inside the Random Rubble Masonry for in 360 degree with diamond drill bit AX Size using single tube core barrel in the RR masonry to the required depth including cost of transportation charges of all materials, pumps, Waterline fuel and other consumable materials etc., to site and collection of core from the bore holes, arranging them in serial order in the gunny bags and numbering the same, as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work and complying with technical specification.

Washing and cleaning the grout holes by means of sending water at different pressure until the return water turns out to be of the same character as the original water inserted without any foreign material complying with technical specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Grouting AX size grout 360 degree holes up to bottom level at different stages or as directed by the Engineer - in -charge of the work for grouting in random rubble masonry and cement concrete portion in the drilled holes of different elevation in stages using packer method of required pressure in each elevation using fine cement of blains value of about 3500 mixed with 5% bentonite, including cost of cement, grouting assembly and other charges of labor and machinery as directed by the Engineer- in –charge of the work and complying with technical specification. (during the grout hole being grouted have in the vicinity of the grout hole being grouted have to be continuously jet washed by the agency during the grout work)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in positon of RCC Jally of 5cm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm machine crushed stone jelly (excluding cost of reinforcement steel) including cost of mould, finishing, curing, lifting, fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed the engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and filling with sealent material in transverse contraction joint after thoroughly cleaning all the joints @ 2.70m c/c and finishing the surface to match with lining face with contractors own material as per technical specifications complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers
