Supply of 3 mtr height hot dip galvanized octagonal poles with 130 mm bottom (A/F) and 70 mm top (A/F) made of 3mm thick HT sheet along with base plate of size 200mm X 200mm X 12mm thick welded to bottom of the pole having hinged lockable Terminal box along with 4 Nos. foundation bolts including template, single arm bracket of length approx.. 500 mm for mounting of fitting, providing bake lite sheet with stud type 4 pole connectors of suitable rating, DIN Rail for mounting of MCB in the terminal box etc. as required.

SITC of frangible poles of 2 meters height, 90 mm dia. having 32 mm dia reducer at the the top, bracket/mounting arrangement suitable for installation of LED luminaires upto 40 W, along with base plate of size 200mm X 200mm X 12mm thick including making suitable size of CC Foundation, providing & fixing of Polycarbonate (UV Resistant) Junction Box, consisting of 4 pole connector, DIN rail, Clamping arrangement etc. complete as required. The job includes insurance, transportation, loading/unloading and installation at site as per manufacturers norms complete as required (The item offered shall be as per ICAO norms. Test certificate to be submitted of having tested as per ICAO practices certified by ICAO Annexure-14 frangibility criteria).

Supply of 35 W LED type Street Light Luminaire with control gear, made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened flat glass/polycarbonate cover and minimum IP 65 protection, suitable for operation in 140-270 V, 50 HZ AC supply and confirming to the specification specified in the tender document with all accessories etc. complete as required. (Havells make Model No:- ENDURA CITYLITE PLATINUM PLUS or equivalent).

Supply of indoor surface mounting 10 W (nominal capacity), 600 mm length LED light fitting, complete with LED tube rod, accessories etc and suitable for use on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply complete as required. (Make:- Havells, Model - LUMILINE PLUS or equivalent).

Supply of surface mounting 10 W (nominal capacity), IP 65, Bulkhead LED light fitting, complete with accessories suitable for use on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply complete as required. (Make:- Havells, Model - ENDURA RUGBY NEO N - IP65 or equivalent).

Supply of 300 mm sweep wall fan having Aerodynamically designed, Balanced Blade, suitable for use on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 6A to 32 A 240 V DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

(a) Group C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

(a) 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

(a) Single pole

Erection of 3 mtr. height street light pole of above S.No.1 pole including the RCC foundation made from cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as per OEM design including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of street light fixtures on existing street light pole of height not more than 3 mtr. complete with providing and laying of 3 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable from terminal box to fitting, connections etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of wall bracket /ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS/CFL/ LED lamps per fitting/wall fan, complete with all accessories including connections etc. as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of the following cubical type, IP 54 Power Distribution Board, made of high quality GRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) (Shock proof, Rust free, Corrosion free, Acid & Chemical Resistant, Impact resistant, Fire retardant, Ultra Violet resistant, made of halogen & Silica free recyclable material), should Withstand Glow wire test IEC60695, should be flame retardant, Self Extinguishing complete as required.

All outdoor type panel IP:-54 will be double door & enclosed in such a way when one front door open all internal door shall be viewed.

(a) External Feeder Pillar for Perimeter Lighting

Incomer: 2 Nos. 160 A, 25 kA, FP, MCCB, Ics=100% Icu, Thermal Magnetic release variable range, with extended rotary handle and all accessories including providing spreader terminals and auxiliary contacts.

Instruments: 2 sets of digital multifunction meter for 3 phase, 4 wire operation along with 3 Nos. suitable range CTs and control MCB's.

3 Ph phase indicating lamps of LED type for RYB and breaker 'ON', 'OFF' indication with control MCB for individual lamp.

Bus Bar: 1 set of 200 Amps FP bus bar of high conductivity electrolytic quality aluminium alloy.

Outgoings:

(i) 04 Nos. FP MCB 32 Amps, directly connected to bus bar in separate compartment. (ii) 2 Nos. Contactor timer arrangement consisting of 25 A 4 pole contactor, 24 Hrs. Electro mechanical time switch and 32 Amps FP MCB i/c providing 3 point toggle switch on the compartment door and 2 Nos. ON/OFF LED Indication Lamps with control MCB for individual lamp.

Supply of 50 mm dia., UPVC High pressure threaded pipes confirming to ASTM - D-1785, Sch 80, etc. complete as required.

Supply & fixing of brass water meter suitable for 50 mm dia. G.I./UPVC pipe complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump in the existing bore well by laying and fixing of UPVC pipe with socket, submersible cable including providing & fixing steel rope two runs, forged brass Ball Valve, Bronze Non-Return Valve etc. MS-clamp of required size for supporting pump-set with pipes etc complete as required.
