CLEANING AND SERVICING OF STORAGE TYPE WATER COOLER (Storage Capacity: 40 Liters & 80 Liters): It includes, cleaning of water storage tank to maintain water quality parameters suitable for drinking purpose. It also includes cleaning of Condenser Coil by using brush, Air Blower and by rinsing with water or coil cleaning solution as recommended by the manufacturer, Cleaning of Drain Tray and Drain pipe, checking all electrical wiring connections and ensuring proper earth connection with water cooler through electrical wiring connections, Measurement of Supply Voltage, Phase-Neutral polarity, Running Current of Water Cooler, Ensuring proper functioning of Water Cooler parts such as Thermostat, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Water drain, Inlet and Outlet water supply , Faucets and fill up the preventive maintenance Servicing Report as per prescribed format and obtain the signature of Engineer
