CARPET FLOORING Providing and laying of Carpet Tile over the specified area with following specification. The floor which recieves the carpet to be thorougly cleaned as per manufacturer's specification. The carpet is to be laid over a bed of manufacturer's approved adhesive spread evenly over the entire floor. The rate shall include cutting, trimming, fixing and clearing away of residual material to a location as directed. The rate shall also include supplying and laying of a protective layer of PVC or HDPE sheet of 50 microns thickness, held together with scotch tape. The laid carpet to be vacuumed after the removal of protective cover/on commissioning. If after the protective layer is removed and stains observed in the carpet because of in adequate protection, the same shall be shampooed and made good to the satisfaction of the project managers. "P/F 'MULTI B' Linear Slat Ceiling 30B/80B/130B/180B Perforated Aluminium Panel ceiling of approved colour consisting of panel 30mm/80mm/130mm/180mm wide X 15 mm deep X 0.5mm/0.5mm/0.5mm/0.6mm thick Perforated Aluminium Panel of 2 mm diameter diagonal patten with 5 mm centre to centre apertures represents 16 % openness with panel length up to 6 mtr, Coil Coated on a Continuous Paint Line, and shall be stove-enamelled in a continuous coil coating process with the approved colour on the exposed side and the reverse side with polyester primer. The coated coil is passed thru the ARKU SIX Hi configuration roller levelling process to ensure the flatness of the coil. (3) The makes of tube fittings shall be same as that of tubes.(4) The thickness of fittings used shall be same as that of the pipe.

PVC insulated Drain piping ( Makes - Supreme, Astral, Trubore) Supply and erection of following PVC Drain Pipe with all joint, reducer, necessary elbows and tees, supporting arrangements etc. The rate shall inclusive of 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation a( 25 mm (1 inch)

AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM GI Ducting For Air Distribution For AC System ( Makes - Tata/ Jindal or SS Make) Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. a) Thickness 0.80 mm sheet

Insulation For GI Ducting For AC System Acoustic Insulation ( Makes - ALP Aeroflex, K flex or SS make) Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³, with 25 mm X 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick, at 600 mm centre to centre covered with Reinforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. complete as required and as per specifications.

Thermal Insulation ( Makes - ALP Aeroflex, Aerofoam or SS make) Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound). The joints shall sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

FLEXIBLE DUCT CONNECTOR For AC System Supply and installation of Canvass connection between idu and duct with GI matching flanges on both sides with a provision of openable zip.

SUPPLY AND RETURN AIR GRILLE Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required.

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.
