ITEM NO. 13 Providing sand face plaster externally in two coats using approved screened sand in all positions, including providing base coat of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixing approved water proofing compound at the rate of 1 kilogramme / 50 kg of cement and curing the same for not less than two days and keeping the surface of base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for 14 days including preparing the surface and scaffolding etc. complete. Iem no .14 Providing & fixing orissa type colour glazed earthenware 625 x 450 mm. w.c. pan of Hindustan / Perryware / Neycer / Cera or equivalant make including trap, C.I. soil & vent pipe upto the out side face of wall including 100 mm. dia. C.I. plug, bend, 15mm. thick 10 litre PVC low level flushing cistern with all necessary pipe connection etc. complete. Spec. No.: As directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM NO.15 Providing and constructing Brick Masonry Inspection chamber _____ and 45 to 90 cm in depth including 1:4:8 cement concrete foundation,1:2:4 cement concrete channels, brick masonry, plastering from inside and outside as required in cement mortar 1:3 and airtight RCC lid with frame fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4, curing etc. complete.
