Erection

Erection of single support ST/PCC pole for construction of 11 KV/LT line including digging of pit, fitting of all accessories, back filling of earth & others required work.

Grouting of pole with 1:4:8 ratio of cement sand & brick ballast as per RESSPO norms. (cement sand & brick ballast wil be supplied by the constractor on his own his own cost)

Grouting of stay sets including digging of pit with 1:4:8 ratio of cement sand & brick ballast as per RESSPO norms, fixing binding and nuzzling of stay wire. (cement sand & brick ballast wil be supplied by the constractor on his own his own cost)

Earthing of Poles

Erection of Sectional Double Pole Structure of ST/PCC pole including digging of pit, fitting of accessories, back filling of earth, earthing, grouting of each pole & all stay sets (cement sand & brick ballast wil be supplied by the constractor on his own his own cost) & other required works.

Stringing & sagging of 3 phase 11 KV line upto proper sag including laying of ACSR Weasel Conductor, binding with insulators & jumpering.

Stringing & sagging of LT line upto proper sag including laying of ACSR Weasel/Dog Conductor, binding with insulators & jumpering.

Laying, Streaching of Arial Bunch Cable size 1x25+1x16/ 3x50+1x35+1x16/ 3x95+1x70+1x16/3x120+1x95+1x16 mm2 as per RESSPO norms.

Drill/cut of stone for erection of Pole/Stay in hilly area

Construction of Transformer plinth for 100/250/400 KVA Transformers of 2x2x1.5 mtr. Including the work of excavation for foundation of plinth plastering of walls and finishing including cost of all materials.

Well type earthing of 100/250/400 KVA Transformers by using B class G.I. pipe of 1.5 " dia and making hand pipe type earth boring IInd strata of water or 60 ft. whichever is deeper about 6" of G.I. pipe shall remain above ground level 2 No. G.I. earth clamp shall also be welded to the portion of pipe which is above the ground level. Through this G.I. Clamp and G.I. Strip 30x5mm duly galvanized shall be connected with nut & bolts. Every DT shall have 2 such earthing, One earthing for T/F neutral and second earthing for T/F body. All requred materials shall by provided by the contractor.

Fencing of T/F with M.S. Square mesh welded/fixed on M.S. Angle of size 65x65x6 mm with gate hinges & shutter assembly, of over all size 3x3x2.5 mtr as per drawing

Dismantal of old 11 KV/ LT line

Received back material of ACSR Weasel/Dog Condutor/AB Cable etc from work site to ESC, Mirzapur
