Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable micro processor PC board with new microprocessor PC board by dismantling /disconnecting the same carefully without disturbing other components up to 3 TR capacity AC including making necessary fixing arrangement etc., complete all as directed. Make : LG/Carrier/Voltas/Bluestar

M&l for dismantling of split AC complete inner and outer unit upto 2 TR after removing all connection like refrigerant pipe/voltage stabiliser safely and rexing the same at the other location including making all connection and testing in on position all as specified and directed. (Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to include for core cutting/wall cutting including making hole for refrigerant pipe etc . No extra items except refrigerant gas if reqd shall be paid)

M &L for dismanling of window type AC from its own position and refixing the same in other location safely including making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down perished Unserviceable insulation cover of refrigerent piping and Supplying & Fixing brutile rubber insulation for refrigerent pipings of suitable size.

Supplying and Fixing in repairs Copper refrigerant pipe Copper tube 5/8 " x 3/8".

Supplying and Fixing in repairs Copper refrigerant pipe Copper tube 1/2 " x 1/4".

Supplying and Fixing in repairs Copper refrigerant pipe Copper tube 5/8 " x 1/4".

Material and Labour for removing the Split type Air conditioner outdoor unit/indoor unit from its position for pressure/ leak testing & arresting the leakages in condenser coil /cooling coil by brazing etc and gas charging as per reqd basis complete for Split type AC 1.5 ton / 2.0 ton / 3 TR (Notes : Rates quoted by the contractor shall includes for refrigerant gas charging as per required basis

Supply and fix in replacement of rotary type compressor for window/split air conditioner of cap 1.5 TR Air conditioning including making all connection , testing all as specified and directed. Make: Emerson/Tecumshah/toal line

All as per item No-9 above but of capacity 2 TR Split AC

Material and Labour for complete servicing after pumping down Indoor/outdoor units of split AC complete by cleaning condenser/ Evaporator coil with air blower, wet servicing of condenser coil unit with caustic soda etc, replacement of sheet metal screws wherever necessary applying oil in fan motor bushes checking and rectifying the wiring defects, proper setting of thermostat & other electrical/ Refrigerent controls, cleaning the air filter for split air conditioner upto 2 TR all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The rate deemed includes for minor spares (ii) Gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
