Outgoing 2 nos. 250A, 35 KA, 4P Adjustable type, microprocessor based MCCB with overload, short circuit and earth fault protection APFC Panel (80 KVAR) INCOMING: 1 nos. 100 Amps, 4P, 433 volts, 35 KA MCCB ( TMD based) Automatic power factor correction relay to sense power factor and to give 20 phased impulses for switching capacitors. BUS BAR Main bus bars rated 200A suitable for 433 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase and neutral aluminium bus bar shall have current density of not less than 1.0 Amp per sq.mm. and the neutral bus of 50% capacity interconnections between bus bars and breakers shall be through solid copper strip.

ENCLOSURE FOR CSS/PSS Outdoor type enclosure having modular construction of 3.15 mm thick Galvanized sheet steel for load bearing and non load bearing members . The enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP34 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with powder coating ( RAL 7032) . Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for Each compartment. Note: The size & layout drawing for CSS shall be got approved from the accepting officer before execution of work Please note it is required for the Transformer compartment to have K10 temperature class. Type test for the same needs to be there for Transformer compartment. The CSS/PSS enclosure needs to be internal arc tested and the type test certificate for the same needs to be provided. Also please note the RMU and APFC Panel needs to be inside the CSS/PSS. Note:-Transformer, VCB, RMU, APFC etc shall be OEM make of CSS only..

The enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP34 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with powder coating ( RAL 7032) . Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for Each compartment. Note: The size & layout drawing for CSS shall be got approved from the accepting officer before execution of work Please note it is required for the Transformer compartment to have K10 temperature class. M&L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate eletrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in groung (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Copper earth strip 20x3 mm connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel, provision of 50 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of copper earth strip and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) , type C1 chamber, MS funnel, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I . Note: (i) Cost of GI earth strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, PCC chamber pit, test point . (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 0.5Mtr away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 no. 8mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw.

PILE FOUNDATION : Drilling/ boring through any type of soil (soft/ loose soil or hard/ dense soil) up to the depth as directed/ indicated for 600mm outer dia bored cast-in-situ vertical piles duly stabilising the sides by drilling fluids (Reverse or DMC method) or by driving 6mm thick casing pipe upto loose strata or refusal level or by any other approved method and disposal of drilled/ bored material to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 100m all as specified and shown on drawings.

Carrying out / conducting standard penetration test all as per IS - 2911 Part-IV -1985 in the strata where pile is proposed to be rested/ terminated including bringing at site all testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion and recording the test results and preparing the test sheets complete for 600mm dia piles all as specified and directed.

Carrying out / conducting testing of pile for Initial load test all as per clause 6.1.5 & 6.1.6 of IS - 2911 Part-IV -1985, for 300 MT safe load on test pile of 600mm bore including bringing at site all testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion and recording the test results and preparing the test sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out / conducting testing of pile for Routine load test all as per IS - 2911 Part-IV -1985 for 220 MT on working pile of 600mm bore including bringing at site all testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion and recording the test results and preparing the test sheets complete all as specified and directed.
