Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Liquid assets or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.59.31 Lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates form banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (not less than 30% of 5th year of O&M cost) (Unconditional LOC)

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bid is to be submitted through GOK k-Portal platform https://kppp.karnataka.gov.in only.

The Tenderer should obtain tender documents through K-portal web site (https://kppp.karnataka.gov.in at free of cost. Additional conditions and information also can be obtained through the above mentioned website

Tender application cost will not be refundable or exchangeable in case of cancellation of tender

Contractor should made an agreement within 20 days of tender acceptance without fail, other wise the tender will be rejected.

Corrigendum/Addendum modifications/correction, If any, will be published in the website only.

The contractor has to make his own arrangement for procurement of all materials required for the work. There is no departmental supply of materials.

The Contractor has to submit the license copy registered duly in PWD/PRED at the time of tender Submission

Acceptance or Cancellation of the works or tender are reserved by Executive Engineer without giving any reasons for the same.

Security deposit (FSD) at the rate of 5% on the amount quoted by the contractor. If the amount quoted is lesser than the amount put to tender, the difference cost should be paid by the contractor, in favour of Executive Engineer in the form of DD/FDR at the time of Work Order.

Conditional tender will not be considered

All safety precautions, warning signs, night illumination, reflectors, deployment of security guards has to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity. Contractor should indemnify the client to that extent.

After the Completion of the O & M should be duly handed over to the department with all records and equipments.

CC Camera, Landline phone with internet facility must be at WTP should be of Contractors own cost

Staff requirements should be according to the Sanctioned Estimates. Staff attendance register should be duly maintained at the site by the contractor and should be produced at the time of visit by the department officer.

Vehicle requirements should be according to the Sanctioned Estimate.

Log Book of machineries should be maintained for all works.

Consumable items register should be maintained at the site by the contractor and should be produced at the time of visit by the department officer.

Contractor name and mobile number shall be displayed at the site such as WTP , IPS, OHT and all GP offices.

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime Contractor, at least one similar work such O&M of MVS work of value not less than Rs.98.85 lakhs (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract Executed in any one year O&M of rural MVS scheme of 02 Habitations) (50% of the project habitations) or O&M of urban surface water scheme of population 12433 (50% of the project population schemes)from the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer and scan the original certificate and attach the scanned file to the tender. The original certificate shall be produced at the time of opening of Tenders.

The bidder rate should be qoute without GST

The certificate should be Affixed with the seal of Office of the Charted Accountant with the registration number) in past 5 years

Technical Criteria

General

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
