Providing and fixing interlocking paver blocks in road of Gate No -3 to New Building (Porta Cabin) of college

Cleaning, Levelling, dressing of area with proper compaction and make an solid subgrade by manually /mechanically, prepare a solid subgrade after excavating earth to an average of 30 cm in depth including consolidating with roller required cutting & filling, levelling as per site, making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead up to 50 meters.

Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm thick nominal size including spreading,well ramming, consolidating and grouting with jamuna sand, including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of College Authority.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of jamuna sand, filling the joints with fine sand & both sides bind by cement concrete etc. all complete as per the direction of College Authority.Make as approved ). 60 mm thick pavers laid as/pattern approved as site.

Earth excavation for foundation in all kind of soil including soft rock & hard rock upto a depth of 50 CM from the existing ground level. dressing the sides and bottoms and stacking the excavated earth not less than 1 m from the edge of excavation and then backfilling, spreading, watering and compaction, disposal of surplus earth if any within / outside premises to any unobjectionable place all complete as per direction of College Authority.

Providing and fixing PVC Pipe (3” dia, 6 kg Sqcm ISI Certified make Supreme, Prakash, Prince, used with proper covered by 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3: 6).The Pipe should be fixed on across of the road in underground (depth upto 500 mm) and 4.5 meter centre to centre on regular intervals of road. Including the earth work excavation as per required depth, all type Cement concrete, brick work dismantling, back filling compaction, cleaning, floor finishing & disposal of malaba all is completed as per direction of college committee /college authority.

Providing and laying Cement Concreet using graded stone aggregate of specified size and down. The job includes machine mixing, providing formwork, MS / plywood (minimum 19 mm thick) shuttering if directed by College-in-charge, placing, compacting by hand ramming, curing for a period of 14 days etc, all complete as per direction of college -in-Charge. Removing of shuttering to be done carefully without such shock and vibration as to damage the PCC work. For using 20 mm and down size graded stone aggregates. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Uninstallation & reinstallation of Main Entry Gates (Gate No -3) as per specifications in given below. 1. Uninstallation/unfixing of Existing Gates (Gate No-3) by manually/mechanically or as per site requirement. 2. Extend the height (up to 900 mm) of vertical post/support of gate by the providing and fixing of additional box section made by C-Channel (75X150X5) as per existing including cutting, welding, grinding etc. all completed. 3. Reinstall/refix the entry gates (Gate No -3) after extend the height (up to 900 mm) of gate as per direction of college authority. 4. All revolving machines of entry gates will be uninstall and reinstall as per requirement. 5. The work should be completed as per direction of college authority and all expenses like hiring charges of machinery, cartage, material charges. Painting finishing, included. 6. Size of Gate - Width 4500 mm & Height 3600 mm. 7. Design of Uninstallation & installation of gate include.with tender notice.
