Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick / stone/ concrete wall / ceiling surfaces of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles, including cement mortar, removing serviceable tiles from site & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforeced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame ) including dismantling of PCC bed blocks for hold fasts.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5sqm and not exc 4.0 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame ) including dismantling of PCC bed blocks for hold fasts.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0sqm and n. exc 2.00 sqm each shutter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick on other than fair faces of stone masonary surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed (WPC measured and paid separately) .

M & L for 15 mm thick rough cast plaster mix with crusted stone (6-10 mm), sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 , over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in under coat including dubbing coat (if required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cment slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No-20.00 above but as in skirting over 10mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel work as in door frame (chowkhats) including provn of 10mm dia deformed bar welded horizontally to bottom of frame conforming to Fe-290 (Gde 165-E) including preparing back of chowkhat and applying two coats tar and sanding newly tarred surfaces with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class HW Hollock/Bonsum/Sal 35mm thick, factory made, plain framed, paneled shutter (Two/Three panels) with panels of 9mm thick BWP grade ply wood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formal dehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710. The size of rails & style shall be as per IS-1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 & chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as per specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick 2nd cl HW glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/wire cloth gauge etc,(without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I, sectiion 8, clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelaminated coloured PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
