Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in Ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (belove or above ground level ) and removing demolished material from site direct complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub-base complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M and L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggts) as in coping ,benching etc including form work if required complete all as specified and directed

M and L preparation of Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked, mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 1.00 kg/sqm on prepared road surface as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed .

M and L for laying premix bituminous, macadam with paving bitumen VG 30 @ binder content of 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tone power roller to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50-70 mm ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminious premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by wight of total mix, with using paving bitumen VG-30 laid/spread uniformly by means of mechanical pavers over primed WBM surfaces. rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M and L providing & laying of hot applied 2mm thick, thermoplastic compound for center or edge line, width 100 mm, marking (reflective type) including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gm per Sqm area, as per IRC-35, of white/yellow colour (approved colour) and shade for road marking on bituminous/concrete road surface as per demarcation and as directed by GE

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S&F in repair 800mm dia of Convex Mirror made of PC Material provided with suitable stainless steel pipe post of 75mm dia as per site requirment. It is meant for road turning, intersections, curves, T-junctions, Hospital, Parking lots etc. It is also deal for surveilance. It should have clear & define mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle. It is unbreakable & stronger than the glass and fixed on ground by PCC 1:2:4 as directed.
