Dismantling and credit to Govt. By dismantling and taking away the doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) of area 3 sq. Metres and below including removal of all dismanted material from site of work its credit to contractor complete cleaning of site, disposal of unservicable material, taking out, etc, all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. (dismantled GI pipes and other dismantled fittings shall be the property of the contractor).

By dismantling and taking away the old PTMT stock cock/float valve/bib cock/shower/pillar cock including removal of all dismanted material from site of work its credit to contractor complete cleaning of site, disposal of unservicable material, taking out, etc, all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
