S&F 6mm thick Non asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to steel frame work in ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note : The steel frame work shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for false ceiling with Armgyp-FB ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595mm, 9mm thick (as approved by GE) fixed with and including galvanized iron powder coated inverted ‘Tee’ or ‘L’ section (concealed GI frame work) suspended from ceiling with provision of galvanized wire 4 mm dia and wall taping screw including butterfly clips, hold down clips for fixing the board to frame complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete, all as directed and specified. (a) Size of grid – 610 x 610 mm. (b) Size of main Tee – 39 x 24.70 x 0.80 mm. (c) Size of cross Tee – 39 x 24.70 x 0.80 mm. (d) Size of wall angle – 22.20 x 22.20 x 0.65 mm.

Supply and fixing 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc and fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified.

All as per srl item No 5.00 here-in-above but except sheets. Note : Old serviceable sheets retrived from serial item No 2.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L 6 mm thick asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with ‘L’ type or J type or cranked hook bolt complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 7.00 here-in-before but except ridges. Note : Old serviceable ridges retrieved from serial item No. 2.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors / gates / steel frames etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete of Gde E-165(Fe 290), drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including necessary welding etc and fixing in position complete.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Cutting holes in stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3, exc half brick & not exc one brick (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall)

S&F 0.63mm thick plain galvanized mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) with grade of Zinc coating 275 complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in unframed work in any position complete all as specified.

S&F rolled mild steel as in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length directed) and similar work conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Supply and fixing 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof, wall etc complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel framed work using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 Grade St-240 including necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls finished even & smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement complete, all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L brooming down old decorated surfaces of walls, plastered including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over & including 1mm thick white wall care putty (make - Birla / JK / Asian) on walls all as specified & as directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description and disposal of debris & rubbish to a distance exc 1 Km but not exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified & directed.

M&L factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, top surface finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of existing lime concrete/PCC padding, roof treatment of any thickness laid over RCC roof/chajja etc., removing complete layer of bitumen under concrete/PCC padding, cleaning and washing of roof with water to remove dust etc as preparation to receive treatment all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 20mm thick plaster over roof slab/sunken floors/walls in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L PCC padding (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate over roof slab laid to slope in average consolidated thickness of 50mm and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS : 3384 and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white gravel finish uniformly embedded during manufacturing process. It shall be laid by torch application having side over lap 75 mm and at the end 100 mm, all overlaps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapet, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 cm and inserted inside the parapet in a groove to a depth of 65 mm. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for preparation of surfaces by removing existing roof treatment of any type / description by mechanical scarification or by any other effective mechanical means and prepare the normal surface thotoughly by cleaning washing and removing dust , dirt , oil grease , any loose particles etc on existing concrete surface of RCC Chajja , projected balcony , canopy , parapet ,roof slab etc and applying one coat of water based primer composed of acrylic emulsion polymer diluted with water in the ratio 2:1 and dried for minimum 2-3 hrs and over it applying three coats of heavy duty elastic resilient acrylic polymer reinforced with micro fibres & fungicidal @ 0.5 Litre per Sqm in each coat and dried for 6-8 hrs after each coat with and including woven glass fibre mesh 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm put between first and second coat complete all as specified and directed. Note: Application shall be carried out through authorised applicator of Manufacturer only. Each stage shall be passed by GE/Engr-in-Charge before laying further coat. Make L Dr. Fixit , STP or equivalent as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge

Scrapping, chiseling with brush hand hammering scrubbing by electric tools, mechnical means etc and clear the concrete surface with blower and disposal of all unserviceable material upto a distance of 500 m to 1 km and dispose of same in proper layer all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in polymer cement mortar 1:3 prepared with latex SBR by the weight of cement on concret and other surfaces including finshing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Make : Liquid of M/s Choksey / STP / Sika/ Pidilite as approved by GE. Note:- Exact qty and application process of chemical is strictly as per manufacture's guidlines.

M & L for repairing cracks in wall, roofs, any cement concrete surface by making V groove along the crack size of V groove shall be groove along the crack, cleaning surface by using wirebrush and sealing with crack filler of M/s Choksey, Sika, Fosroc, Pidilite as approved by GE filling the grooves and all, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Exact qty and application process of chemical is strictly as per manufacture's guidlines.

M&L for waterproofing treatment by water proofing liquid after proper cleaning of the new surface free of dust and applying the first coat (by Brush only)@ 4-4.5 Sqmt/Lit , allowing it to dry for 24 hrs and applying the second coat over it on horizonal and vertical surface all as specified and directed. Note : Application shall be carried out through authorised applicator of manufacturer only and as per guidelines of Manufacturer strictly. Each stage shall be passed by Engr-in-charge/GE before laying further coat. Make: Sunshield 100 of M/s Choksey or FOSROC / STP / PIDILITE / SIKA as approved by GE.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked).

Taking down Rotational moulded polythene water tanks (cylinderical verticle with closed top) of any capacity and refixed in same position with and including all necessary fittings all as specified & directed.

S&F Ball brass valve, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
