CIVIL & ELECTRICAL WORKS FOR PLATFORM SCREEN DOOR AT BEL PK

Dismentling cement concrete(RCC) in flooring including disposal of dismentled materials/malba out side the factory premises.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work ,M.S.Plate of required size and thickness.

Providing and fixing of M.S.anchor nuts & bolts of required size as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. in CM 1:4

Providing and laying PCC 1:1.5:3 in flooring inculding centring & shuttering.

Providing two or more coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new work as per manufacturer's specification including a coat of approved primer complete.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm .

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs of thickness 10 mm to 25 mm laid in cement mortar including disposal of dismentled materials/malba out side the factory premises.

Supplying and fixing 8 way , Double door , single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supply and fixing of 63A rating, 415v, 10kA, "C" curve, TPN miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, unarmoured, copper conductor, 1.1kV grade LT cable of size 4C x 10.0 Sq. mm

Supplying and fixing of 150 x 50 mm GI race way as required or directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing Chemical Earthing with 18mm copper bonded earthing electrode including all accessories and masanory work with cover plate having locking arrangement .
