Works

Pull and placing of the existing Failed Power Transformer for distance of 30M (30M for each Transformer) if required at site to vacate the plinth (22x 30)

Labour for the Dismantling of RTC Control Panels includings consumables as directed by the field engineer.

Dismantling of allotted SH/New 8MVA Power Transformer HV, LV Bushings, Radiators, Conservator Tank and other accessories including all lead, lift, T&Ps, Crane charges etc. complete

Pull and placing of the allotted SH/New Power Transformer at the existing substation for loading if required (30 Mtrs. For each Transformer) 22MT x 30

Loading of the Power Transformer main tank with oil and dismantled accessories including pulling distance of 5 Mtrs. In to the low bed truck, tieing with truck by steel rope, turn buckle etc. including all T&Ps complete.

Transporting of Power Transfomer wih accessories from one place to another substation as per allotment by low bed truck. (upto 600Km / Unit) Upto 30MT Upto 100 Km ( fixed rate )

Beyond 100 km ( Rate / KM/MT ) PWD rate 8MVA 33/11 KV PR.TR.(22MTx600 Km)

Unloading of the Power Transformer main tank with oil and dismantled accessories including pulling distance of 5 M from the low bed truck to plinth or near by plinth including all T&Ps complete.

Turning of SH/New Transformer for 90o at site if required as per the site condition.

Labour charges for erection of 8MVA Power Transformer's Radiators, conservator tank and other accessories including minor welding works wherever necessary, minor transport of transformer accessories, tools etc. complete including the cost of sundry items such as soap, cotton waste, enamel paint, kerosin, in all respect, all lead, lift, T&Ps, Crane charges etc. complete. excluding the cost of Gasket, electricity used for this work.

Labour for the Erection of RTC Control Panels includings consumables as directed by the field engineer.

Labour charges for over hauling of Power Transformer OLTC Mechanism including cleaning and replacing of defective spares and gaskets etc. As directed by the field engineer ( Gaskets and spares supplied by TANGEDCO) UPTO 8MVA

Labour charges for transformer oil in the transformer and OLTC under Hot oil circulation including vacuum drying whenever applicable for 72Hrs. Or necessary to achief the required level and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning .Upto 5,000 Litres

Labour charges for providing nuetral bushing earthing, body earthing, channel erection, stop block welding, excavation and refilling etc. excluding the cost of MS channel and MS flat which will be supplied by the Board

Labour charges for spray painting of Power transformer and accessories including cost of enamel colour paint for valve marking waste, kerosine, soap etc. complete upto but including the cost of paint

Labour for laying of cable in duct/trunch including the cost of Alu.tag for identification.Upto 8 core

Labour charges for removing the cables sheaths, checking continuity inserting number and letter ferreules taping perfectly and neatly routing the leads inside the panels and mechansim box terminating the leads with lugs and tieing with belt as per drawing including cost of lugs, ferrules belt and button etc. complete

Labour for erection of droppers and jumpers including fabrication and any modification of end clamps wherever necessary and as directed by the field engineer.

Labour charges for removing the cables sheaths, cutting armour and proving with cable glands including proving holes in the panels, mechanism box etc. for inserting of cables as per drawing including the cost of cable glands, Excluding cost of electricity used for this work including the cost for extra holes for future usage as per instruction of site Engineer.25 mm cable gland
