M&L for maintenance and servicing of DG SET complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel , drain out engine oil from the sump , flushing the sump thoroughly and replacing the fuel filter ements 2 nos, super bypass filter element 1no, oil filter element 2 nos and filling the starting batteries elecrtrolite to be maintain the required specific gravity, applying the petroleum jelly in battery terminal poles and charging, replacing the diesel tank level tube, cleaning the entire DG set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer, checking of voltage, frequency, amps, fuel, oil, water level and exhuast leakage etc tightening all the bolts & nuts to the required torque etc and testing as directed by Engineer In Charge and recording the test result complete for 380 KVA DG set [Make - CUMMINS , Type - KTA 1150] installed at 515 Army Base Work Shop power house. Note:- Egine oil /Radiator Coolant Oil/ Spares will paid separetely.

M&L for servicing of External Battery Charger 12 volt assembly [Make - Naren] by disconnecting the AC supply and taken to service centre after dismantling the same cleaning all accessories, replace the burnt parts like :- diodes, recifiers and DC & AC fuse units and reassambling the same, refitting the engine and testing all as directed .

S&F battery charger 24 volt DC in existing control panel including necessary connections , cutting for fixing the volt meter, ammeter and connecting the battery all as directed.

S&F battery charger 12 volt DC in existing control panel including necessary connections , cutting for fixing the volt meter, ammeter and connecting the battery all as directed.

S&F in replacement moulded PVC body for low maintanence lead acid battery 12 volts 180 AH all as specified and as directed. Make: Exide.

M&L for repair and servicing of 380 KVA P.T Pump and Injectors by replacing the unserviceable parts like centre shaft, loading spring , relief valve - 2nos, , bearings , govn barrel & plunger , o- ring kits, gasket kit, injector plunger & barrel , ball check and reassembling testing etc as required all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing aluminium clading to the exhaust pipe and silencer of the DG sets of engaging highly skilled technicians after removing the existing totally worn out asbestos rope ( wherever available) and prepairing the surface , and including 50mm thick high quality glass wool thermal insulator packing which is bidinding tightly with chicken wiremesh of approved quality to the exhaust pipe and neatly finishing sealing with 24 SWG aluminium sheet all as specified and as directed.

M&L for overhauling of following mentioned radiator assy of DG set by disconnecting and removing from eingine , dismantling the top & bottom chambers , descalling the sediments and scales , corrosion ..etc by means of acid cleanig and high pressure water washing , air cleaning , re assembling the same with new gaskets, including arresting leakage, if any and fixing to the engine with new hoses, clips as reqd for 380 KVA DG set all as specified and as directed. Note : - The rate qouted shall be inclusive of transporting of the radiator to the workshop and back and all the incidental charges.

Dismantling of FIP pump form 380 KVA DG set safely completely servicing of FIP pump authorised OEM and replacemnt of wornout parts like nut bolt washers, nozzles, brass washers and computerised setting and testing of pump including fixing after servicing work, installation and testing on idle running and full load complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of alternator from 82.5 KVA DG Set by de-coupling from flywheel, removing of nut bolt, washers etc and loading through crane in truck and shifting from EDP Pump Houe ABW power house to Peenya industrial area, removal of burnt copper winding form static pole of alternator through cutting the existing burnt copper winding, and complete cleaning of alternator from inside, rewinding by new copper winding replacement of insulated material strip and apply a super enamel polymer, drying process and replacement of carbon brushings, bearings, testing of AVR after complete rewinding, re assemble of alternator and testing of Resitance test complete, same repaired alternator loading through crane in truck and shifting from Peenya industrial area to EDP Pump House unloading of alternator safely from truck and fixing to its original place without any damage including fixing of nut, bolt, washer to alternator and flywheel and complete testing of alternator on full load after installation all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing unserviceable materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring surface type with single core 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLS)including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn in and including ISI marked PVC casing caping not less than 20mm width with its accessories, and fixed in existing sunk boxes and covered with new 3.00 mm thick ISI marked laminated sheet cover and brass screw with cup washers for fixing switches/sockets/regulators etc for one light/fan/CB point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.
