M& L for 150mm thick Hard-core of broken stone gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete as specified

M&L for mild steel work in Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified & directed at site.

M&L for mild steel work in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified & directed at site.

M&L for mild steel work in Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified & directed at site.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of nay description over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint and a coat zinc primer complete all as specified & directed at site.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified & directed at site.

Material and labour 75mm thick Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as sub base complete as specified

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge rubber moulded glazed (glossy finished) precast cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawn, drive way or light traffic parking etc of required strength , thickness & size/ shape and confirming to IS 15658-2006 made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over & including 25mm thick compacted bed of crushed stone sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver block into sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator , filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern , finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified & directed at site. Make of items shall be one of approved make by GE.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting hard/dense soil

M & L 100mm thick 1:4:8 (40mm Graded Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified & directed at site.

M&L for Fly ash brick masonry straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed at site.

M & L Providing cement concrete in copings type B1 (1:2:4)) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary formwork complete all as specified & directed at site.

M & L for Cement concrete in surface channels and drains avg 50 mm thick type B0 1:2:4, 12.5 mm aggregate complete all as specified & directed at site.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain channel 30 cm girth in cement concrete using extra cement form, moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete

M & L for Providing perforated precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 20 mm aggregate in landings for cover slabs chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in CM 1:6

M & L Mild steel TMT bars for manhole 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm with approved soil complete all as directed at site.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point as directed

M&L for filleting in ay position and to any shape in cement mortar (1:4) section not exc 25 Sqm
