S&F in repairs Turbo ventilator SS built with vane thickness 0.9mm with ball bearings, turbine dia 760mm with bottom ring dia 600mm, FRP base plate 2mm thick clear 1.02 mtr wide and 1.65m long matching the profile of existing sheet, weight approx 8.0 Kg complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.

Taking down of light fittings of any type size and model complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of brackets of any type size and model complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC/steel poles/struts, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable UG Cables of any Cross Sectional Area and Connections including Bricks, GI Pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in Trenches and/or fixing with Walls/Poles including Segregating of Serviceable Materials viz Bricks, Cables, GI Pipes, etc. and keep in Safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base palate, final taper plug bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 8.50 meter long including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aliminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ Stricker, including painting strips in alternate from top of coping upto 1.50m height, with three strips of black syenthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern through out the circumference of pole), including and all internal surfaces and external surfaces upto the planting depth shall be painted with two coats of black bitumenous paint complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Earth work, PCC work, shall be measured and paid separately. M&L Street Light Fittings Bracket, fabricated from GI Pipe 40mm Bore (dia), Light Grade, 1.00 METRE long, bend to required shape and fixing with and including Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps 40X5mm of suitable Length, 2 No. Nuts, Bolts, Washers, etc., to Pole, applying Painting with One Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer and over Two Coats of Aluminium Paint to Mild Steel Works including Taking down old unserviceable Street Light Fittings Bracket, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, upto 7.5m length, earth strip protected by and including 40 mm dia GI pipe (md grade) and connected to main test point or body of pole/pannel or lightening arrester of main controlling switch as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 , Precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 cover slab of size 54x54x5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI Pipe (Medium Grade) for watering, Charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15 cm (Compacted Thickness) around the earth electrode including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I. NOTE : 1. The unit rare includes for protectionh GI pipe of 40mm and watering pipe of 20mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to acheive desired result as the soil resisitivity is very high. 3. Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole, laying of cables, pipes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/- will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final, conclusive and binding.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 250mm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point in Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thick-ness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid )

Supply and laying well burnt Bricks , locally available best quality (sub class "B" bricks) laid in trenches perpandicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified.

Laying only in trenches or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core. Note : Cable will be issued under Sch B free for laying only

Labour only for Horizontal Boring for Passing Protection Pipe up to 80mm Bore (dia), under Road /Foot Path, not exc. 10.00 mtr in a Single Length, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Pipe to be measured separately.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping for pole including form work and finishing the surfaces even and smooth,dismantling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation for pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only LED street light fitting 100 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type including necessary connection complete all as specified. Note : Street light will be issued under Sch B free for fixing only.
