M&L in Repair for Anodised Aluminium snap grid of size 605 x 605 mm with anodised aluminium angle of size 25mmx25mm x1.5mm thick and main & cross T of size 40mm x 25mm x 1.5mm thick for false ceiling including conection of supporting hangers madeup of 6 mm dia GI (up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long including S&F 10 mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm olain PVC sheet suitably laced in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. including necessary fastners for fixing of aluminium grid framework all as specified and including Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any description and thickness, including cover fillets/ snap grids etc all as spacified and as directed

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based ridge with plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete and including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, all as specified.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based valley gutters plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screwsand including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, all as specified.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) of dia 160 mm rain water pipes confirming to IS 13592 type 'B' including necessary rubber ring joints fix with velly gutter along wall or cleading Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks , etc. all as spacified and directed.

S&F in repairs 160 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radious all as spacified and as directed.

S&F in Repair MS Rolled sections confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250)quality B as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc complete including Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in Repairs MS Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 etc complete and including Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm wide or girth incl preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MS screw bolts machine made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screw end to be fitted with washers length nexc 5 cm and dia 5 to 10mm complete all as specified.

Material and Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in, levelling course using integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions including demolition of unserviceable unreinforced cement concrete as in roofs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Complete Removal of existing water proofing treatment over roof including PCC of any thickness description in any position including cleaning wire brushing, watering remove of debris up to 1500 mtr distance and M&L Rendering / bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction while the concrete is green and M&L for Preparing the rendered surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles, dirt / dust particles and applying a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen VG-10 @ 1.20 kg/sqm conforming to IS 702 over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Liters / Sqm followed by APP membrane reinforced with polyester non woven fabric 3mm thick weighting not less than 3.6 kg / sqm laid on primed surface by forced application followed by a finishing coat of solar reflective aluminum paint @ 0.10 liters / Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

Disconnecting and cleaning of HDPE tank of capacity exc 250 liter and n. exc 500 liters cleaning and removing all scale and dirtfrom wall and floors by rubbing with brushes, cleaning with caustic soda etc etc complete and finally washing with fresh water, including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge, scale mud etc and refxing same position to adistance not exceeding 50m and deposting complete all as specified.

All as per item No14 but Exc 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 ltrs

S & F in repairs 25mm bore, ball cock, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 455 gms) all as specified.

S & F in repairs 20mm bore, ball cock, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight gms) all as specified

S & F in repair 20mm bore Unplasticised PVC pipes including all fittings (such as unions, elbows, etc.) of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.,complete and making good the area to match with existing surface, including taking down the existing unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 18 described herein before, but 25 mm bore.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank ( cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of 500 litres capacity confiring to IS specification and incl Dismantling water tanks and removing to store.

All as per item No.20 herebefore but 1000 ltr capacity

S&F for Gun metal globe or gate valves (ISI-marked), cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or union of 20 mm bore and fixed in repairs, all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even (external surfaces) and including Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete including removal of debris all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling etc.. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint finished smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
