Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as secified and directed.

M&L for vitrified light coloured tiles of 8 to 10 mm thick (Square / Rectangular ) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in flooring over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:4 ) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7 mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite slab 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and joined with cement and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed CM (1:3) .the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing type as in cill and jamb/skirting, steps cooking plateforms includigng rounding off the exposed edges and polishing all as specified and directed..

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20mm to 25 mm thick , as in flooring , laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing , over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 10mm -15 mm thick as in riser / steps, skirting, dado,cills and pillars laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L marble stone strip 75mm wide & 10 to 15 mm thick white in colour as in border etc in kota stone flooring machine cut bedded jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry including cutting and polishing to mirror finish , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Square Metre each , removing from the site Cutting holes exc 150 Sq.cm but n.exc 400 Sq.cm in super facia area into or through brick walls built in mud mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors , windows , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS 300 mm ordinary rat tail springs plate type incl.rollar plate etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preperation of new wooden surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wooden surface any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applyinn two or morcoats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC lett than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS15489:2004, Alkali & fungalresistance diret resistance extterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepration old or untreated surfaces of wood or wood based surfaces and applyingone coat of synthetic enamel paint over a prime coat of pink primer on surfaces of any desription, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Preparattion of surfaces for writing Building numbers and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint back ground 30 cm dia and writing letters (Block, Roman, italic or indian) of n exc 10 cm height, width of letter shall not be less than 15mm, with approved tint of synthetic enamel thick paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparattion of surfaces for stops, commas, lines, brackets and making outer boarder with approved tint of synthetic enamel thick paint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing tarfelt from roof and removing from site all as directed.

M &L For applying water proofing treatment with the following coats, compond complete all as speceified and as directed. :- (a) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.3 Kg/sqm (b) Second Layer of APP based polymectric membrane minimum weighing 3kg /sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric laid on primed surface by torch application.
