NOTE- THE ENTIRE WORK HEREINAFTER under item No 1.0 to 3.0 shall be got executed through authorised Engineers of OEM ie (Lift Make "Thyssenkrupp") . The tenderers are reqd to upload a MoU between tenderer and OEM while submitting their tender failing which the tenderer shall be disqualified and fin bid shall not be opened.The performa for MoU with OEM is given in tender docs attached h/w. A hard copy of MoU shall be submitted alongwith cost of tender.In case hard copy of MoU not submitted to office of AGE I , it shall be considered as willful breach on part of tenderer and tenderer shall be banned for issue of tender for 06 Month under MES . On award of this contract the tenderer shall enter into a agreement with OEM based on MoU for execution of work of maint of lifts within 07 days from date of award failing which it shall be considered as default on part of contractor and shall be dealt accordingly as per terms of this Contract. This contractor may not disclose fin part but shall submit a copy of same to office of AGE I within 10 days from date of award of this contract. Date of commencement of this contract shall be commenced only after receipt of aggrement between tenderer and OEM.and after successful submission of performance security. The payments due to the employee shall only be made by Contractor via e-mode in AAdhar Related Account of employess and records thereof shall be produced at the time of each RAR/Final Bill. Rates not adhering to minimum wages,EPF,Bonus and ESIC payments etc.( If applicable) would be declared Non-Bonafied and hence would be subject to rejection. FILL RATES FOR ALL ITEMS INCLUDING GST.

ITEM No.2 - All as per item no 1 but for Lift controler Ser No 1209/2014 Make Thyssenkrupp = 01 No

ITEM No.3 - All as per item no 1 but for 884 Kg 13 Passengers Lift Controller ser No 1519/2014 with travelling speed of 1.5Mtr per second for P-16 (G+13 Kamath Enclave Sec- 52 Make Thyssenkrupp = 01 No

ITEM No.4 - Comprehensive maintenance including preventive and periodical maint of Servo Voltage Stabilizer of cap 30 KVA microprocessor controlled installed with following lift for safe efficient operating condition by regularly examining lubricating and adjust the equipment and carry out planned maintain in a systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise and replacement of all unserviceable components with genuine/Original new parts as approved by original equipment manufacturer during repairs and the old unserviceable materials should be kept at site till verification and proper register to be maintained all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Total 3 Nos )

ITEM No.5 - Supply only Fragrance sachet hanging type,assorted (Apple Ciknamon, Rose, Lavender, Jasmine & Sandal ) in 40 gram, set of 3 pack for three lifts complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

ITEM No.6 -Supply only stainless steel cleaner & Polish (WEIMAN) 650 ML for cleaning of lift complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

ITEM No.7 - Supply only car care Microfiber cleaning/ polish cloth to making lift dirt free complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

ITEM No.8 -Providing services of 01 (One) Semi skilled Lift Oprater for Manning & Operation of following 03 Nos of Lift in one Shift of 08 Hrs from 06.00 Hrs to 14.00 Hrs (Lift Make "Thyssenkrupp") on all week days including Holidays and Sunday for lifts installed at Bldg No P-16, (G+13) Akshita, Md Offrs Accn, Kamath Enclave, Sec 52 Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Details of Lifts are :- (a) 884 Kg, 13 Passengers lift with travelling speed of 1.5 Mtr per second for (G+13) Make : Thyssenkrupp = 01 No Lift. (b) 544 Kg 8 Passengers lift with travelling speed of 1.5 Mtr per second for (G+13) Make Thyssenkrupp = 02 Nos Lift. (Note : The tradesmen should be deployed not more than 48 Hrs Per week )

ITEM No.9 - All as per Item No 08 but for one shift of 08 Hrs from 14.01 Hrs to 22.00 Hrs.

ITEM No.10- Employees Provident Fund as per existing rate as applicable.

ITEM No.11 -Employees State Insurance as per existing rate as applicable.

ITEM No.12 - Contribution of Bonus as per existing rate as applicable.

ITEM No.13- Over Head & Profit as applicable.

ITEM No.14-Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) as applicable.

ITEM No.15- Providing services of 01 (ONE) No Semi Skilled Tradesman for reliver duty against ser No No 01 to 02 here in before in ONE SHIFT of 8 Hrs (Note : The tradesmen should be deployed not more than 16 Hrs Per week ) Deployment of tradesman in any other places except under subject contract will not be considered while calculating minimum wages.

ITEM No.16- Employees Provident Fund as per existing rate as applicable.

ITEM No.17 -Employees State Insurance as per existing rate as applicable.

ITEM No.18 - Contribution of Bonus as per existing rate as applicable.

ITEM No.19- Over Head & Profit as applicable.

ITEM No.20-Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) as applicable.

ITEM No.21- Supply only uniform (Trouser, Shirt, safety shoes & Cap) of rquired size and Shape, and required colour, complete all as directed by Engr in charge. Note :- Rate Quoted should not be less than or equal to zero else would be considered as non -bonafied and subject to rejection.
