Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft / loose soil and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing testing and commissioning in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade of cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system , laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Pre-stressed cement concrete pole, 11 metre long of cross section 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1998 errecting truly in vertical position including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in alternate strip of 30 cm each in black and white colour upto 1.5 metre height from top of PCC pedestal/coping of poles and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint Black in 80mm high letters over 150mm x 230mm yellow base made from synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for stay assembly comprising of 7/10 SWG Mild steel galvanised stay stranded wire of required length fixed to pole with and including flat iron, stay clamps, bolts, nuts, galvanised stay plate 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, 20 mm dia GI stay bow (Rod) x 1.8 Mtr long , loop insulator etc.conform to IS 2141-2000 and painting to exposed surfaces of mild steel work with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair jumper wire doble PVC bedded electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor confirming to IS : 7098 (part 11 ) 11 KV (E) grade cross sectional area 70 sqmm single core as jumper /connecting lead on section pole of OH, GODs, HT Fuses etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 13 here-in-before but for size 50 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Re-stretching of existing aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size (In-situ) on over head lines fixed on insulators from 02/04 pole structure after loosening from insulators and fixing on pin, Disc insulator same with new aluminum binding wire 2mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Pin insulator and disc insulator shall be measured and paid separately and each wire will be measured separately.

M&L for Cutting/ trimming of tree branches not exc 10cm girth touching/approaching the LT/HT overhead lines upto 3 metre width on each side with hacksaw/axe to clear the LT/HT line including disposal of trimmed branches 100 Metre away inside the cantonment area & clearing site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of 66 KV GRID Structure , fencing, gate and angle iron with connected accessories, etc and painting complete surface of installation stucture with one coat of synthetic alluminum paint - 10 Ltrs & Smoke gray - 10 Ltrs with paint brushes, writting brushes etc. enamel paint of approved colour and foundation/platform of installation painting with one coat Apex emulsion paint including writing of identification etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, straining for replacement of GI earth wire 4 mm dia with guarding cradle on HT/LT overhead line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking down carefully ACSR conductor from poles of LT/HT any size and setting a side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for stringing of Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor including binding wires of suitable size and suitable conductors / parallel grooves clamp etc other jointing materials for overhead lines of any sizes as required at site including cutting of tree branches falling on the site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling / taking down old cross arms, clamps, braces etc of any section from pole including nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Cost of cutting of bolts (Slag bolts) if required shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for respective item of BOQ

M&L for Mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers , welding, bending, cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat with red oxide Zinc Chrome and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting & transporting carefully the unserviceable step down transformers 11000/433 volts 3 phase 4 wire oil cooled copper/ aluminium wound of capacity 63 to 150 KVA (outdoor/indoor type) from AGE (E/M) store yard, stripping up of winding/ core to ascertain the defects/ defective parts, transporting to work shop and replacement of defective parts,, insulting materials impregnated paper, cleaning & desclaing the transformer scraping out of old paint & spray painting with superior quality smoke grey syntheic enamel paint to all exposed surface, assembling the transformers, filling dehydrated new oil complete after repairs, testing and writing MES & SM Numbers with white paint over black base in letters of height not less than 10 cm, transporting back to site from repair workshop and installing, hoisting of transformers on two/four pole sturcture at height not less than 3 meter, making all electric connetions with HT/LT side jumbers and leads including earth connections etc. and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : i) Transformers shall be got repaired form factory/ work shop. ii) The transformer shall be dismantled in presence fo contractor and MES representative/AGE E/M iii) The defective parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid for separately as supply only under respective items of BOQ iv) Safe oil container for collecting old transformer oil will be arragement by contractor. v) The T&P such as chain pulley, crane for loading unloading, transporting and for installing and hoisting shall also be arranged by the contractor at his own arrangement.

All as per Srl item No 38 here-in-before but of capacity 160 to 500 KVA etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only in repair of defective HT/LT coil DPC copper windings strip of existing size (gauge), or cross section of winding wire corresponding to aluminium winding as per reccomendation and design of OEM grade and in weight complete with insulating material for transformers 63 KVA to 500 KVA Capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Devidayal or equivalent as approved by GE

M&L for Dehydration / filtration of transformers oil of existing transformers (out door/indoor , step up/step down) / Voltage stabilizers at site by means of oil dehydration machine having arrangement for heating to remove the moisture silt/sludge and wastage removing arrangement etc to make the oil fit for use in accordance with IS-1886 to achieve minium dielectric strength of 42 KV by continoues process of dehydration complete including testing at standard gap of 2mm by oil testing machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i)Electricity for running dehydration machine & testing shall be provided by the deptt free of cost. (ii) Testing machine to be arranged by the contractor under his own arrangement.

Cleaning sprinkled transformer oil, grease and all other foreign materials from external surfaces of transformers of capacity 63 to 500 KVA and preparing the surface to receive paint and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) including writing MES number and SM Number with white paint over black base in letters not less than 10 cms in height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Painting & cleaning carried out as per location of transformer site

Disconecting electric supply and strip open/dismantling carefully the existing 11 KV (VCBs) Vaccum circuit Brekers carefully at 66 KV grid Stn and testing segregating serviceble and unserviceable spare parts setting aside for re-use. After that servicing overhauling and calibration and testing of the HT panel comparising of protection and control wiring test, testing of CT's, PT's measuring and indicating instrument, earthing, over current, short circuit, insulation resistance etc, replacement of worn out wiring including bus bar insulation, applying protective kits complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The new spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only. (ii) Relevent T&P and testing equipments/tools and minor accessories are arranged by the contractor and included in the unit rate of item.
