Improvement to Control Room Building at 220 132 33 KV Grid Sub-station , Paradeep (Providing Aluminium false ceiling )

Dismantling & removing Aluminium false ceiling after careful removal of boards, bolts, nuts, hanging wires etc including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing & disposing the debris etc. within 50mtr lead including cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying all labour for dismantling doors and windows including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

20 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) to roof ceiling finished smooth with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing for Finishing surfaces of wall /ceiling with cement/water based wall putty of approved quality and make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting etc complete including cost, conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance, of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements for scaffolding, staging etc required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Primming one coat with primer for cement works of approved quality and make painted and finished after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of grid mineral fibre ceiling board having size 600 mm x 600 mm x 16mm of approved design and quality complete with frame and all fitting and fixtures. including cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Removing Cement/ lime plaster from walls, ceiling etc. including racking out the joints up to 12mm deep with removing & disposing the debris etc within 50mtr. lead. Including cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats with a plastic emulsion paint of approved shade over wall surface finished smooth to give an even shade including watering,curing etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.

Providing fitting fixing up false ceiling made up GI angle and channel section grid of size 2'x2' to4'x4' as per requirement using GI intermediate section 40mmx15mm x.4mm @ 2' c/c both way.GI perimater channel 45mmx30mmx.5mm @ 3'c/c both way GI hanger section 25mmx20mmx.2mm @3' c/c both way & design with 8mm thick calcium silicate board having water proof fire proof of approved quility including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the EIC.
