Outsourcing Services for Manning & Operation of Water Supply Installations and Distribution System with Connected Items complete comprising of Submersible Pumping Sets with Borewells upto 7.5 HP Capacity - 01 No., 12.5 HP Capacity - 01 No., Feed Pump Set 1.5 HP Capacity, DG Set of 20 KVA Capacity - 01 No., DG Set of 30 KVA - 01 No., Iron Removal Plants - 01 No., LT Switch Gears, Main Pannel, Coagulant Dosing System, Lime Dosing System, Chemical Dosing for Polymer, Pressure sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Iron Removal Filter, Pre and Post Ozonators complete including its Periodical Maintenance and keeping Running Records of Pumping Sets, DG Sets and All Dosing Pumps, LT Switch Gear installed at PUMP HOUSE No. 1 & 4 at ENGR REGT UNIT AREA of RAYANG MIL STATION by providing ONE FGM/PUMP OPERATOR (SEMI-SKILLED LABOUR) and ONE HELPER (UNSKILLED LABOUR) in THREE SHIFTS (Each Shift of 8 HOURS duration) PER DAY, Continuous Round the Clock including Sundays & Holidays including Cleaning of Installation Inside & Alround Areas, Area around OH Tank, Valve Pits, all Machineries, Keeping them Dust & Oil Free, Filling of Water to OH Tanks, complete all as specified and as directed. Operation of Installation Timing as directed by JE/Engineer-in-Charge.

Installation comprising with Submersible Pumping Sets, Booster Pump Set, Decrine Dosing Pump, LT Switch Gear, etc. shall be manned Round the Clock including Sunday and All Holidays.

Adding Bleaching Powder/Altoch GP/Sodium Hypochloride/Poly aluminium Chloride Powder as directed in the Water Main through Bleaching Dozer/ Chemical Dozing Pump installed at Pump House as per Requirement in order to get 1.00 PPM Residual Chlorine in Water at Source and 0.2 to 0.5 PPM Result at the Users End.

Operating (any type and capacity) to Maintain Supply the Water to the Users Time-to-Time (THRICE IN A DAY) and Maintaining the Timing as laid down.

Operating DG Set (Stand by) as and when required or Main Supply Goes Off including Maintenance (Daily Maintenance) of DG Set and Maintaining Daily Log Sheets.

Testing of Water Sample Twice in a Shift at the Outlet of Test Point and Recording Test Result in a Register and to be get signed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintaining the Consumption of Calcium Hypochlorite which will be issued under Schedule ‘B’ as ‘Free-For-Mixing’ and to Collect from MES Store Yard time-to-time as and when required.

Contractor shall be Responsible to Keep the Water Supply Installation Neat and Clean on Every Day and Maintain Seasonal Flower/Decorative Plants in front of Pump House including Cutting of Grass Inside Fencing and Outside 3.0 Metre Around Fencing of the Installation.

Proper Log Sheets and Register for Running of DG Set and Reason of Running to be Maintained.

Proper Log Sheets for Running of the Pump & Plant to be Maintained.

Carry out Weekly Maintenance of Electrical Panels installed in Pump House and intimate Engineer-in-Charge immediately for any Defects /Break Down/Repairs required.

Carry out Tightening of Nuts & Bolts, Replacement when required, applying Gland Packing and Greasing wherever required.

Outsourcing Services for Manning & Operation of ALL VALVES on Main Distribution Lines of Over Head Reservoirs and on Distribution Water Supply Lines during the Water Supply Timing at RAYANG MIL STATION by providing ONE VALVEMAN (UNSKILLED LABOUR) in THREE SHIFTS (Each Shift of 8 HOURS duration) PER DAY, Continuous Round the Clock including Sundays & Holidays for Smooth Functioning of Water Supply to the User End. He will Report any Leakages noticed in the Distribution Pipes Lines including Over following of any Service Tank to JE E/M. He will carry out Daily Checking of Entire Water Supply Distribution System.

Supply only Alum Crystal for Water Treatment (as approved by GE) for Chlorination of Water i.e. 2 PPM at Pump House and 0.2 PPM at User End, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Aquafit (Calcium Hypo Chlorite) 65%-70% Chlorine content (Calcium based Granular Disinfectant for Water Treatment (as approved by GE) for Chlorination of Water i.e. 2 PPM at Pump House and 0.2 PPM at User End, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Bleaching Powder for Water Treatment (as approved by GE) for Chlorination of Water i.e. 2 PPM at Pump House and 0.2 PPM at User End, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Lime for Water Treatment (as approved by GE) for Chlorination of Water i.e. 2 PPM at Pump House and 0.2 PPM at User End, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Polymer INDFLOC 238 for Water Treatment (as approved by GE) for Chlorination of Water i.e. 2 PPM at Pump House and 0.2 PPM at User End, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : FOR BOQ ITEM No. 5 TO 9 Man Power engaged for Maintenance & Operation of Installation under BOQ Item No. 5 to 9 shall do the work of Mixing of Chemicals in Water. No Extra Cost for Mixing of Chemicals shall be admissible to the Contractor. Manufacturer's Test Certificate for Each Lot alongwith Original Purchase Voucher shall be furnished by the Contractor for Payment.
