| 1.01 | Supply / erection of non-reactive substance ergonomic oval top fiber reinforced handrail corrosion resistance, non-sparking, fire retardant (VO as tested against UL 94) paint, maintenance free, non conductive etc. of size 1 Mtr. The work includes making the surface level, grouting arrangement/ thrust foundation for erecting the substance with the required necessary articles like nut bolts, fastners, cutting, grinding, polishing, jointing in proper line. The work includes loading unloading cartage etc. The specification of handrail as under: -
1. Top rail should be Oval-Top profile of 75X60X4mm
2. Base shoe should be hot pressed moulded SMC of size 100mmX125mmX100mm (height)
3. Base shoe height 100mm
4. Base shoe thickness size 12 mm.
5. Vertical post 50x50x4.5 mm
6. Mid rail pipe size 32x3mm
7. Upper rail size 32x3mm
8. Designed box size 150x177 C/C
9. Box section GP-XA50x12.5x2mm
10. I section GP-3-38mm
11. GP-RD 12mm
