Construction of Embankment (for berms) with approved material obtained from borrow pits, including compensation of earth, with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2, as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications (HSR 17.6) Note:-No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R/ ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer.

Construction of 150 mm un-reinforced M-40 grade concrete pavement with dowel jointed, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade OPC cement concrete coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a fully computerized batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site in transit mixer with a fixed form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing, complete as per clause 602 of MORT&H specifications. (minimum content of cement 440 kg/cum) (Based on HSR 17.45.6)

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG - 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.26.2)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50 mm thick with using drum type hot mix plant/ 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG - 30 @3.4% transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 504 of MORT&H specifications. (HSR 17.27.2) Note: If bitumen required is this account more than 3.40% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within any lead - All kinds of soil (HSR 4.14.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – C C : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.1.6)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (HSR 7.21.1)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) (HSR 11.5.3)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - CC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 4 graded cum stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.1.2)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (HSR 6.16)

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade village board size 1.85x0.90 x0.075 m of standard design, fixing in position including painting and printing etc. complete as per PWD specifications, minimum reinforcement 16 kg, Embedded in Ground up to 55 cm, in M-15 Concrete foundation 600x700x145 mm, as per Haryana PWD specification [HSR 34.27.5]

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for - Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform (HSR 6.30.3)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Grade Fe-500 D (HSR 6.33.6)
