Repair to 15000 GPH x 100 meter head HC pump installed at pumping station Sambal Gangera stage-0. The job involves decoupling of pump from motor and then transporting it to the workshop from pumping station by manual carriage to the road side and then transporting the pump to the workshop. Job includes repair of pump by way of dismantling of the pump and extraction and internal assembly followed by providing / fitting of impellers 2nos, diffuser 2nos, diffuser bushes 2nos. neck ring-2nos. Providing and fitting of new bearings as per sample at driving and non driving end respectively . Job also includes assembling the pump and shifting back to the pumping station by way of transporting the repaired pump from workshop to road side and then transporting it to pumping station by way of manual carriage. Lowering of pump on base frame, making alignment and leveling, securing with fasteners and coupling thereof, making of electrical connections. Testing the pump set on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, carriage charges, loading and unloading charges, hiring charges of tools and tackles etc.
