The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. Supplying and fixing of moulded Shank raised Pavement markers/ cats eye made of polycorbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro primetic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specification of category A of MORTH Circular No. RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06.1997.The height width and Length shall not exceed 50mm,100mm and 102+/-2 and with minimum reflection area of 13 sqcmon each side and slope to be the base shall be 35+/-5 degree.

Providing and laying of Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectoring Glass Beads @250 gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of suface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete.

Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 (10.4-B)

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2

Supplying and fixing of moulded Shank raised Pavement markers/ cats eye made of polycorbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro primetic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specification of category A of MORTH Circular No. RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06.1997.The height width and Length shall not exceed 50mm,100mm and 102+/-2 and with minimum reflection area of 13 sqcmon each side and slope to be the base shall be 35+/-5 degree.

Providing and laying of Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectoring Glass Beads @250 gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of suface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete.
