Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumen/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen as per clause No. 503 (5th edition) 2013 as per MoRT&H specification (NS)

Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet (PC) excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified value of compaction and direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect. i/c cost of Bitumen VG-10 grade as per clause 510 MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (NS). Note – Before laying PC on existing black top all cracks shall be sealed as MoRT&H specification (5th edition) clause No.3004.3 which may consists of (i) Fog seal / or (ii) crack filling and or (iii) patch work repair as required at site in accordance with clause No. 3004.3.2 and 3004.3.3 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 respectively. Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in MB for fog seal / or crack filling / or patch work but no payment on this account shall be made as fog seal / or crack filling / or patch work is / are incidental to work.

Providing and laying ‘B’ type seal coat with VG-10 grade bitumen excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified/desirable value of compaction as per direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect as per clause 511 and 510.1.3 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (NS).

Providing and laying 200 mm thick Granular Sub Base (GSB) consisting of filter layer conforming to Table 400.1 Grading-III of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRTH specifications. Note:-1. Only curst material should be used no local earth/sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Material to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in Kerbs and the like items, finished smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on exposed surface including form work, placing and fixing in position, complete at the ground level or in first storey (HSR 10.77)

Providing & laying 80mm thick ISI marked interlocking paver blocks (conforming to IS 15658 2006)/ IRC SP 63-2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 over a bed on 30mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 10.159)

Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces for painting, including sand papering the surface, applying one coat of linseed oil and filling with approved quality filler, consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing surface to the required finish, complete (HSR 16.24)

Painting two coats with ready mixed exterior paint in all shades on newly plastered or concrete surface of walls (HSR 16.26)
